My first impression was...this place is kinda messy. Chipped paint, dusty counter, debris on floors. I was almost afraid to put my feet in the tub but they did scrub it out really well so I felt pretty comfortable with that. They do seen to clean each foot tub well. They also wear gloves. It is a bit warm in here. Pretty good pedicure. Love the hot towel. He did a good scrubbing. My feet definitely feel good and waaaaay softer! He really made sure he got all those summer sandal rough spots lol. The manicure was good as well . Great vibe massage and all dead skin removed. Thank you for the service. Kim is a skilled stylist that is my experience. However, it is a one room shop and often chaotic experience as it can be crowded and noisy. It was my experience that Kim takes on too many appointments in same time frame. As a result, I had to wait at a sink with my head in awkward and uncomfortable position while she finished up with someone else. I did not feel valued as a customer and do not want others to have that experience.

Then the round pedicure bowl is on top of a huge platform. The round base of the chair doesn't allow the chair to come close to the platform. The nail tech on the other side has to reach forward in an awkward position to reach to give a pedicure. Here I am practically laying down in the chair (even with 2 pillows) and it was so uncomfortable that it was impossible to enjoy my pedicure.
