From the moment I noticed the address, I could feel the energy from the outside. As I entered the salon, I was greeted professionally, and asked if I could be assisted. I stated that I had an appointment, and she said you must be Cathy. I nodded yes and she said Wesley will be right with you. As I took a seat, I was sitting no longer than 2 minutes before Wesley came over to introduce himself to me and that's where the real fun began! As I took my seat, Wesley and I had the best conversation. The needed a great cut with precision and Wesley was my guy for sure! He gave me exactly what I asked for, followed by a shampoo/conditioner with a nice scalp massage! It was simply amazing!!! When I say the service I received was amazing, there is no exaggeration to it. WESLEY IS THE BOMB!!! I was advised that Danielle was the correct stylist to work with my hair. She took the time to ask several questions to get an idea of what I wanted, and even showed me some pics on her cell phone for reference. Once we were in agreement, Danielle skillfully restyled my hair into a more updated, easy to care for look. I left there with a big grin on my face, very happy with the haircut. I WILL be back in a couple of months for another haircut with Danielle and tweak the hair lengths as my hair gets used to freedom from barrettes and bands. The salon is well appointed with plenty of chairs, the atmosphere here is easy going and relaxing. Prices seem reasonable for services rendered. I would recommend Danielle and Shear Shack highly.

The damage was beyond belief but not even an apology from her or the vile owner who, of course, backed her stylist. I lost my home and have severe health problems related to Tropical Storm Helene and paying Destonie $315.00 for chunks of my hair to fall out is heartbreaking and inexcusable. Shame on her and Zhenya. These people are far too big for their small-town britches.
