Referencing a higher end tanning bed from a reputable, nationwide salon was not the obscure reference they made it out to be. I did not feel welcome here and left feeling embarrassed. There are many many other tanning institutions that give a much more natural look. I don't know what product they are using, but it's not good. After the spray tan my hands looked terrible-completely orange. My front legs were much darker than the rear. Some areas were much lighter than others. Overall, I would never recommend this place for the bad product. The service was good. However, when I came back to complain, and I clearly looked like an Oompa Loompa, the employee acted like I was insane, and that I looked fine, even when clearly my palms and feet were black! Now I live in the northeast and was just passing through Asheville. Being from the northeast and the spray tans up there, there's no comparison. Then the round pedicure bowl is on top of a huge platform. The round base of the chair doesn't allow the chair to come close to the platform. The nail tech on the other side has to reach forward in an awkward position to reach to give a pedicure.
