The last four times I went , yes FOUR times the have to run my card twice between the spray tan and the add-ons. Really!!! So I went today to see if anything,had changed and of course watched the same issue happen to a gentleman and his card being ran twice. While the attendant was on the cell phone with the owner figuring out how to run the basic stuff to make a tanning salon function. Needless to say I left and will not return unless the tunnel road location takes over. I will drive the extra time for better and quicker service.

There are many many other tanning institutions that give a much more natural look. I don't know what product they are using, but it's not good. After the spray tan my hands looked terrible-completely orange. My front legs were much darker than the rear. Some areas were much lighter than others. Overall, I would never recommend this place for the bad product. The service was good. However, when I came back to complain, and I clearly looked like an Oompa Loompa, the employee acted like I was insane, and that I looked fine, even when clearly my palms and feet were black! Now I live in the northeast and was just passing through Asheville. Being from the northeast and the spray tans up there, there's no comparison. Hope this helps those looking to get a natural spray tan, and to avoid this place at all costs!
