I would give zero stars if I could. I went in and asked for gel nails. They told me they couldn't and I had to have dip powder. So my $35 went to $55. My mail tech was coughing and sneezing and did not take good care of my nails. I told them it was for my wedding and they were awful. I recently moved and came here on a recommendation. Steer clear if you want to be listened to and have care. They never had me wash my hands in between. My cuticles were not touched and no hand massage or anything. They left them super thick and with junk underneath. The design I asked for and got was not it. Thankfully I went back and another tech took the design off due to how bad it was. Update less the. Mine are lifted and too short when I asked for them long and the man just kept saying that I have small fingernails which isn't an excuse! I have been coming here with my best friend for over a year now for regular pedicures, and after trying a few different places in the area (and having some nightmare experiences) this is my favorite. I am always able to call ahead and get an appointment for me and any friends I bring. My nails are well taken care of, there's a great selection. My favorite part though is that on the Salon TV, they are always playing relaxing food/cooking videos from around the world. It's mesmerizing. I was trying to find an appointment to get gel full sets with my friend for my beach trip and we called a ton of places, then we called glamour nails. They answered our call immediately! They were able to get my friend and I in at the same time which was great. They did mine In under an hour and my friend in about an hour, we both got nail designs and it was amazing!! They were COVID safe too. They had plastic shields up and everyone wore masks! The service was great and the woman doing my friends nails was very sweet and really liked her! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went here just to get my acrylics removed nicely instead of prying them off myself. I went in and this man just started sliding another acrylic nail underneath and ripping the nails off. It hurt so bad. I was saying "owe" and "that hurts" and he just continued. My finger was bleeding because he took too many layers off of my actual nail. They didn't apologize or show any empathy that it hurt and was an awful experience. They charged $15 for that. I got a plain French pedicure (the White is way too thick on my big toe.) and I just wanted my cuticles cleaned up with a gloss coat for my fingernails. The service from my first nail tech was awful. I told her the shape I wanted and she got really upset. After switching to a new tech she was really awesome and did a great job. My pedicure was okay, but the tech was so friendly. I'm giving them 3 stars because they didn't tell me I had to pay extra for the shape and the rude tech. I really used to like this place but under new management I'm not so sure they are going to get anymore of my business. My father and I went in for pedicures and after we already had our feet in the water the nail technicians informed us it would be $5 more for my Dad because he's male. This has never happened to us before and the woman in the chair next to us told me that they didn't do that to her and her husband a month ago. When we checked out and I asked why the price increase for men I was told by the owner that men's feet are harder to work on and woman get their feet worked on more frequently so they are easier to do. What a load of total BS. I hardly ever get a pedicure and I had more work done because I had my toes painted. ALSO the women in the shop at the time were way more demanding and particular about how their feet were done than my laid back Dad was. So all that to say I'm no longer a fan and I'll be finding somewhere new that charges people fairly. read more

Don't waste your time. After carefully growing out acrylics to go natural, I made the mistake of going to this salon. I had gently removed most from my left hand, but I was unable to do the other as I am right handed. The tech at station #7 ripped the remaining nails off... instead of soaking them!!! It was painful & I asked her to soak. She nodded yes, but continued doing same leaving one nail bed bleeding and painful. Beware!!! read more

My fingers are still sore from 5 days ago! He was very rough. Cut my cuticles so close it made the sore and one of them bleed like crazy! He got a towel to try and stop the bleeding. Finally had to put something one it that burned like crazy! My big toe is infected from the pedicure. I guess he cut the cuticle too close, hurt like crazy! Now it is red and swollen. There is skin hanging over the edge of the toe. Cannot wear a shoe. I am hoping I don't have to pay for a doctor visit! read more

We booked an appt for the bride, maid of honor, and the two mothers. 3 got tips, one got gel. Two people who got tips had to go back within three days for long cracks. The other tips and the gel needed to go back but didn't have time due to the wedding preparations. It didn't make sense to pay that much money for such LOW QUALITY manicures. Also, the bride was cut on one finger and one toe. They were short two people, they said. DON'T waste your money here. The massage chair arm was broken and I had to ask for hotter water because it was COOL. The hand massage was a JOKE! Never again... I've been to a lot of salons and this one is substandard. read more
