Our yrly trip to Asheville never disappoints! I always find great spa ideas on Groupon during the winter mths. I spent approx. 1.5hrs in at this cozy easy to find spa, located downtown. I had a little time to explore and eat lunch which was a plus, normally Im running around taking pics. Parking was free with Groupon up to 3hrs, if you go over parking was $2.00 ph across the street from spa. Read groupon they give great directions, follow them. Upon entering the hostess was kind, she had us fill out a form that is standard with all spa services. We waited for 10 minutes before being taken back to changing rooms. They offered us drinks & tasty popcorn which I highly recommend you try! The Spa & dressing rooms were clean and comfy. I recommend you try this spa, we had a nice relaxing time. Very peaceful and calming. The ladies did a fab job and were accommodating at all times. Hands down one of my best experiences in Asheville.

The day we went seemed to be short staffed, so things took longer than expected, but our experience overall was great. When they were ready for us, they guided us to the fitting rooms with showers. We were given shoes, robes, towels, and tote bags. There are no official lockers here, so you are welcome to take your tote with you into your private bath. The fitting room had everything you needed. When we were ready we had another long wait, but were invited to enjoy the sauna. They gave us refreshing mint iced washcloths for the sauna that I loved. They have a menu with a bunch of great add-ons, I decided to stick with the water, but my best friend got the coconut water. When our bath was ready, they showed us a map on how to get down to our soak. We walked down a beautiful hill path to our bath overlooking the forest. Even though we started late, they still gave us the full hour. The intercom system seems to be a bit older. There was an awkward moment where they tried to speak to us, but we couldn't hear them over the hot tub bubbles, when I went back to ask them what they said, they never replied. Besides that, we had a wonderful time. Be mindful that the drive up is a bit confusing, you'll want to do a mix of following their signs and your GPS. The experience is also a bit pricey for what it is, but I'm still glad I tried it with my best friend.

We used the sauna while we waited, and cold showers after too cool down. The couples message was perfect. The staff were kind & inviting. We will definitely return the next time we visit !!

My 80 minute classic massage with Jordan was the best massage I have ever had. It included facial…read moremassage techniques that were new to me and they felt incredible. It also included heat, pressure, and aromatherapy in unique ways that all worked together to create a wonderfully rejuvenating experience. I cannot recommend this treatment more highly. The overall atmosphere of the spa is a bit crowded with lots of small spaces. It can be difficult to enjoy the other features of the spa, as there may be other people already occupying the areas you would like to be in. The pools are very nice, but they are all co-ed. Bathing suits are required throughout, which is less comfortable than a European style spa with separate sex pools. Would come again just for the massage!

I was lucky to be able to experience this facility on a trip provided by my employer. I scored it…read morebased on my reflections below. Yes, with the pools, hot tub, steam, cold plunge and peaceful sitting areas, plus outdoor views, it is a world-class spa, an Asheville high-dollar treat for sure. But WHO, on an average income, can actually afford it? Are only the well-to-do entitled to such niceties? Yes, I'd love to visit the spa again with a close friend to pamper ourselves one day...but..we'd need to pay to spend a night (or 2) in the inn and then "maybe" be lucky enough to have day passes issued to us - no guarantee that would happen. If I read the Omni info correctly, a stand-alone day pass runs about $250, and may OR may not be available on certain days, who knows? It sickens me to learn the Grove Park Inn (pre-Omni) charged around $100 for a spa day pass, and the public was welcome to experience it. Now, only the wealthy, or those who run their credit cards sky high, deserve the pleasure. It would be nice if Omni management designated several spa half-price public days in advance (like maybe in the slow travel months). Would be a gesture of corporate kindness, for sure, to patrons without the big-time bucks. Thanks for listening, if you are.
