But this place opens early and they are ready to help when you come in the door; I am so tired of those businesses that open later and still not ready to welcome customers!! The prices are good, so it's their color selection. Thank you so much for being there, I'll be coming back.

Inattentive service and Online prices do not match prices inside. We were seated and never told…read morethat they were massage chairs until we discovered it in the end. The owner/tech spent most of the time on FaceTime with her child speaking a different language and my nails show it. She didn't tell me to move to the dryer - but instead just walked away (my daughter told me what her tech said). When I shared I wanted the $30 pedicure I saw online after she said 35 for base she said ok then charged me $35 at the end. When I asked about it she said she used the callous remover - but I was sure she didn't (anyone who's ever had a pedicure knows this!) I'm glad I love by a nail shop that has fair prices with high attention (and a good calf massage) for less than I paid there).

The Absolute Best in Town!…read more I have been coming to Starz Nail & Spa since the day they opened, but my loyalty to Wendy goes back even further, I've been a faithful client of hers since 2017. If you are looking for a salon that combines high end skill with a genuine "good vibes" atmosphere, this is it. Starz has truly become a second home for me. I am so grateful for the amazing customer service and the genuine friendships I've built with Wendy and all the girls there over the years. It's more than just an appointment; it's a place where I feel welcomed and cared for. Wendy is a master of her craft. Whether it's a full set or a pedicure, she is the only person I trust to get it right every single time. She knows exactly how I like my nail shapes and is the only one who truly understands my preferred toe nail length. The nail prep and retention here are on another level. Their work is so high quality that I only need to go once a month... honestly, I've even gone two months between appointments and my nails, polish, and even the gems are still perfectly intact! Wendy has curated an incredible team that brings even my wildest ideas to life. I especially love the way Wendy and Jennifer have collaborated to ensure my nails are a work of art. They have teamed up on two of my favorite custom sets: The NYC & Yankees Baseball set: A deadass home run! Everyone LOVED! The Dominican & Puerto Rican set: A beautiful tribute to my heritage and all the amazing things that remind me of my cultures. When I can't get in with Wendy, I know I'm in amazing hands with Ashley or Jennifer for my long, detailed sets. They are true artists. For shorter lengths or more delicate, simple designs, Marie and Dayelis also do incredible, high quality work. The talent in this building is unmatched. I love being able to support a small, Latina-owned business, especially one owned by a hardworking Dominican woman who pours so much heart into their work and clients. If you want amazing nails and a team that treats you like family, go see Wendy and her girls at Starz Nail & Spa!
