I love this place! So many nail shops use the same nail file on multiple customers! That is so nasty and against Texas State Board Rules! You Can Not Sanitize or Sterilize Porous Material. A++++

I used to love coming to this nail salon. The previous owners were always so kind, warm, and caring -- they made every visit feel personal, and their work was top-notch. I've been coming here for years and have spent thousands of dollars because it was always a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, ever since new management took over, things just haven't been the same. The atmosphere feels different, the quality has gone downhill, and that welcoming spirit the old owners had is gone. On my last visit, I went with my son. He got a manicure and pedicure, and I had a fill and pedicure. I tipped generously, as I always do. But as we were leaving -- literally as we were pulling out of the parking lot -- one of the employees ran outside, knocked on my car window, and said they "forgot to charge" me $15. I immediately paid it, but honestly, it left a sour taste in my mouth. After all the years of loyalty and the money I've spent here, that moment felt unprofessional and disappointing. Mistakes happen, but how you treat your customers matters. Sadly, I think it's time for me to find a new salon -- one that values people the way this one used to.

Rose did my frenchie and she did better than anyone I've ever had. I hate my cuticles being touched and she respected that. She worked around it and she did AMAZING. The inside is girly, clean, and organized. Everyone was very kind and professional. The outside does not reflect how cute it is on the inside, but it's a great nail spot.

I like the service but i honestly just cried when I got in the car because im going to be a bridesmaid very soon and I trusted them with my nails and I didn't get what I wanted. I got so over priced for something so simple. I got charged 85$ for a classic oval shape nails with flowers that I just got glued in instead of painted and I'm just honestly so sad and disappointed

I went here for a pedicure on Valentine's Day, no appointment, but thought I'd try. Manager went out of his way to get me in. My pedicure was very nice. Champagne was nice. You should try them! All the techs are great and do good work!

I just moved to Cypress and was looking for a new salon in the area and saw this one had the best reviews... It's sad to say that this was not the best experience for me. I visited for a fill-in overlay and they didn't have any sheer or opaque gel colors so I settled for an off white polish. No biggie. But my overlay was filed so thin that TWO of my natural nails broke in the SAME week after. I've been growing them out for 3 months so I'm extremely upset about that.. I would rather drive an hour to my regular tech than go here again.

I would genuinely give this place 10 stars if I could! The absolute best set I've ever gotten in my life. I've never done something this intricate and she did so perfectly. I also started with a pedicure, and the lady who did my full set started on my nails while I was getting my pedicure done, which was amazing because it was such a time saver And the pedicure was great. The lady who did my pedicure gave such a great massage and an amazing job on my toes. The set took a while, but in a good way because she was very attention to detail, and it came out perfectly the pricing was 100% worth it, 175 for the set and a pedicure with gel and design plus wine?? Literally can't beat it I'm so impressed with this place

This place was under new management when I visited earlier this month, and though the owner is nice, it seemed a little chaotic. I hope things will get better in the future! Kate is still here and amazing, and the newer staff show promise. There was some miscommunication for the design I wanted as well as the pricing. I got something fairly simple, but some details were still missing from what I asked for (a swirl behind the pumpkin) and was charged an additional $20 after I left (requested over Zelle) read more

I came a an hour and 30 minutes before closing and they were very accommodating!! Made sure I was comfortable , provided snacks, let me charge my phone, and overall hospitality was 10/10. The place is super clean and modern as well! I got my nails done by Phoebe, and she did soooo welll!! I'll def be coming back. She was super flexible with the design i wanted and made sure it was the way I wanted it. She did an amazing job on the shape, thickness, and placement of everything. Thank you!! read more

Absolutely incredible! The salon is family run and each of the nail technicians are fantastic. Hannah did my manicure and pedicure - perfect shape, color, and massage. My mom had Julie for her manicure and Angie for her pedicure - nails were also beautifully shaped and painted! The salon is beautiful inside and has comfy chairs and massagers. They also provide a selection of beverages including water, soda, and wine. 10/10 would return again! read more

While evacuating from hurricane Ida, my grandmother and I both needed a relaxing day and I came across the mail parlor. So excited I did! They were exceptionally kind and sweet. They engaged in great conversation with us and offered us drinks. They were very patient with my grandma helping her pic and color, get in her chair, adjusting the water temperature and more. They also did a phenomenal job on both are nails and they lasted a good two weeks. I got a gel manicure, my grandmother got dip and we both got pedicures. If your in the area looking for a nail salon, this one comes highly recommended. Also, it was very very clean! read more

Wow just wow! I'm in Houston for the holidays and my mom and I decide to get our nails done here. It was slightly out of the way but me being a nail snob it didn't matter. Glad I listened to my intuition. Everyone was so welcoming from the moment we've arrived. Asked us what we'd like to drink - we ended up getting Vietnamese coffee and it was good. Our pedicures and gel manicures look and feel great. They had TONS of gel colors to choose from. And if you're a fan of nude colors - go here! My mom who always says her manicure experience is "okay" could not stop raving about them on our drive home. She is very impressed and asked I put this review up right away lol The women who attended to us, Annie and Angie as well (as one more but I didn't get her name) were so kind and detailed. I went here for the first time. I usually get my nails done in Dallas because I get gel-X and no one ever has Gel X. The owner was so cool and told me his story about how he ended up in Texas. The girl who did my nails was very detailed and intricate with her designs. I loved my nails so much and my pedicure was pretty good too. I did a spooky set and she basically said she could replicate anything. And they had 20% off! I don't know if that was a happy hour thing or because they are a new salon. First off I ask is these people can do a French tip she says yes I asked for French tip on my toes they look flabbergasted so fine just all white toes she goes to do the damn white tip and it looks so bad that she has to remove it. & then I get charged 120$ for two sets I did not want . Could've saved me money by telling me you can't do it. read more

Tried this salon after a bad experience at another. Complete 360 from that. Great service. Owner was very helpful in making a recommendation for which nail service was right for me. Nail techs did a great job with attention to detail. Calm atmosphere. Not too busy at the time I went. Only thing is I wish they had more color options for builder gel but I was still very pleased with the one I got. read more

It was my first time trying this place out after a long time of looking for a nail salon that did good quality nails for a reasonable price. Phoebe did my nails and she did an amazing job from the shape of the nails to matching the design i showed her. The staff was very nice and attentive & the environment was also great & relaxing. The price was also great and reasonable so i will definitely be back! The next day after getting my nails done i accidentally broke a nail & so i called to see if they can fix it and they made sure to take care of me i am fascinated at the service i 100% recommend! Just came here on a whim. Really needed to get my pedicure done. Hands down one of the best pedicures I've had. Darlene actually cut the freaking cuticles!! I hate when I go to other places and they don't. Darlene was able to dig out my ingrown nails and get rid off all the dead dry skin! I will definitely come back to see her! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been to this place several times and have NEVER experienced something as ridiculous as I did today. I asked for a pedicure and a take off to which they say yes and sat me down. The sweet woman doing my pedicure wrapped my fingers in foil and began working on my pedicure. The "owner" comes 30 minutes into my service and began taking my foils off to start on the take off and when he noticed i was pressed for time he asked me what i had planned. I said I had to go to a friend's house who does nails at home. HE LOST HIS SHIT. I mean he was so rude after that and says that he's charging me 25 for take off now because of the mess that comes along with one and that from here on out every time I come in for a take off without an additional service such as getting my nails done that he'd add $5 extra to my take off price from the previous time so 25 to 30 to 35 and he says "because i'm the owner and i can". The crazy thing is I didn't just get a take off I GOT A PEDICURE TOO. I said to him he was being rude and giving me an attitude for no reason and i point at the woman doing my pedicure to say that she and i were doing just fine before you came and began helping then telling me off for not paying yall for a full set AND HE YELLS AT ME TO STOP POINTING AT THE NAIL TECH???? Regardless, if he was upset about a take off he should've never sat me down. He started getting belligerent when I said that policy was ridiculous and then he blamed me for occupying a tech instead of allowing her to work on someone who HE TURNED AWAY BECAUSE SHE WANTED A FULL SET AND PEDICURE AND HE DIDNT HAVE ANYONE FOR HER FULL SET. That literally had nothing to do with me because I only occupied one tech and she only does pedicures so no one could've done her full set anyway. I wish I would've taken a picture but he said he'd stop my service all because we disagreed on the validity of a policy and when i said that's fine but i'm not paying for halfway taken off nails he said do you want me to finish or not i says yes take them off please he ended up getting upset because i "told him what to do".... I ended up saying forget the take off and had to walk out with the most ridiculous half way taken off nails but a great pedicure. All while this was happening he kept saying "because i'm the owner and i can" bro read more

I was so impressed by all the glowing reviews and decided to try this place out. It lived up to the 5 star rating so I'd like to add mine to the mix! I didn't get my nail technicians name but he was wonderful. I always hate getting the sides of the toes cleaned out, all the grown up skin and cleaning out the sides of the nail bed, but he was almost like a surgeon in gentleness and precision and honestly my toe nails have never looked or felt better! Everyone was very sweet and attentive, they have a lovely selection of colors, extremely well priced as well. I got the $25 express pedicure as I was in a hurry and they had me in and out in 35 minutes. I've definitely found my new favorite salon! read more

So I'll say they do N okay job . I got a full set & French top toes with some pretty rhinestones & about a week after two nails had popped off ... not broke just popped right off lol and then a few more I ended up having to just rock my toes for a little while as it wasn't worth the hassle of retiring for me . The place is super cute & the staff is really nice so I liked that a lot . I just hate to pay so much for nails that didn't last for md read more

Probably one of the best Mani/Pedi experiences I have had. So happy I chose to come here today. The women here are so nice and welcoming. I truly felt at ease the whole time. The owner of the salon, her name is Rainbow, and while she was friendly and talkative, seemed to brag about her salon, and it was such a turn off to me, to be honest...she was too chatty, and her service and quality in her nail technicians did not deliver... My sister's nail tech did the sloppy multi-coat job where you can clearly see the first, second and third layer and lines near the cuticle line...instead of doing it correctly, she left visible uneven polish lines on her nails... We weren't too happy with our experience here so we probably won't be returning...call it high standard, being picky, it's hard to find decent nail salons and techs these days. They do over referral incentives on Wednesday and Thursday and have a rewards program for earning points which is nice...

I used to love coming to this salon with the previous owners because they always treated customers with kindness and care. Unfortunately, under the new ownership, that is no longer the case. I went in for a pedicure and manicure expecting a relaxing experience, but instead left burned, disrespected, and extremely disappointed. During the pedicure, the technician placed a steaming hot towel directly on my leg without cooling it first. When I told her it hurt, she still continued pressing it on my skin, which left me with a visible burn. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff just put a fan and aloe on it, even though they could see the burn. On top of that, I was pressured into a nail service I didn't ask for (Gel X instead of acrylics) and quoted an outrageous price of $160. When I said I didn't want it, the tech changed the price mid-conversation, making me feel manipulated. When I tried to address my injury, the man claimed to be the manager, lied about discounts, and then revoked them out of pettiness. Later, the actual manager blamed me for the burn, suggesting it was because I had waxed my legs -- which was not the case. Instead of accountability, I was met with excuses, dishonesty, and complete lack of empathy. This salon is now run by owners who only care about money, not customer safety or satisfaction. I left with a burn, frustration, and the certainty that I will not be returning. If you value professionalism, honesty, and customer care, I do not recommend this salon. read more

Have traveled around with Julie and Annie for many years. Oh my goodness they are now at the most beautiful, comfortable salon I have ever visited. Julie and Annie make the experience awesome without the surroundings. The new ambiance makes the pampering even better. I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting Hannah and Jenny now too at the Nail Parlor. Today was my second time in two days! I had a pedi yesterday which it's beautiful inside and very very relaxing as soon as you walk in the door! The girls are so kind and make you feel at home!
