I am sure to make a good impression. They weren't pushy... they didn't make me feel bad for not wanting gel on my toes. They do a nice job on pedicures which is what I've had and manicures which I observed. It's a family-run business with with the son-in-law and the daughter and mom of the family working together in the business the store was really nice, very clean and modern, the bathrooms are clean everything is clean they keep really good sanitary practices staff,were wearing masks. There are plastic liners used and replaced for each customer. The chairs are all brand new and it's easy to soak your feet in preparation for the pedicure. The prices I think are reasonable for what you get they really take care of your feet you get your nails clipped to get your nails trimmed filed and cleaned and you get some cream on your feet, hot towels on your legs and massage of your legs. The bottom of your feet and heels are scrubbed. Parking is easy I recommend an appointment because they can be busy. I'll be going again this winter!

The express pedicure came with a foot scrub, sugar scrub, lotion massage, and a gel polish. I was impressed with the outcome as I have some damaged nails and really tiny toes. I also have really rough feet, callused over from wearing my steel toe boots for work and she was able to scrub all of it off and make them feel fresh and smooth again. While she did an acceptable job, the experience lacked the warmth and personal connection I've come to expect. For me, building rapport with clients is an important part of great customer service. Today, when I called to cancel my upcoming appointment, the person at the front desk was unexpectedly rude. That interaction was the final straw, so I asked that all of my future appointments be canceled. After nine years of loyalty, I'm sad that it has come to this. Letting go of an exceptional technician and following it with poor customer service has completely changed my impression of the salon. Here's my journey with her: Let me start by saying my nails were not in an amazing condition to start with. As a kinda ex-nail biter I have never had long talons, so the idea of my nails becoming 'ruined' didn't bother me too much.  She began by asking me to wash my hands and she washed hers. She than proceeded to filing my nails down and removing the overgrown cuticles so that the formula would stay put better. Next, she opened a box of long plastic tips and measured the correct sizes against my natural nails. Using a generous strip of glue she attached each tip to a space just above where the tip of my natural nail would be if I hadn't bit it off. I opted for a shorter length, coffin shaped, so she took a metal clip and shortened & shaped the nails. Then she applied a mixed powder and liquid solution with the perfect girth, not horny toad like nor so thin they'd quickly break.. just perfect. After a few rounds of some buffing and hand filing she proceeded to the design... it's in the pictures. Check her out and tell her I sent you!
