Well I am here to say that chain does not compare to the customer service and quality tire I purchased from this Metro 25 franchise. My tires were ordered over the phone and an appointment made to install them the same day. (My tires aren't a common size.) I arrived on time for my appointment and about 1-hr later I was on my way with new tires installed. There was no upselling, much appreciated. Waiting area isn't beautiful, but it was large with plenty of room to move around with other waiting customers. No frills, so bring your own coffee and entertainment if you plan to wait on your car. Worried about being stranded on the highway in the 90+ degree temps, we pulled over in Clare to see if we could figure out what the cause was. We called ahead to several repair businesses in Clare and all were booked out 2 weeks. So, we saw Johnson's Automotive listed in Mt. Pleasant and called them. They said they could fit us right in. Our car made it to their place. Their tech got it right in, found that the lug nuts had not been torque-tightened by a previous dealership after a tire rotation, and he fixed the issue and made sure the other three tires were tightened properly. Had us fixed up in less than 30 minutes. We wanted to pay them, we were so grateful, but they charged us nothing. Everyone there was so kind. We are grateful for their help.
