They told me there is no guarantees on used tires but I hoped at least hoped they won't give me damaged tire, "basic courtesy". The tire didn't hold air since day 1. I went back twice but they then told me it was rim/wheel now that was bad. I got it checked elsewhere and my wheels/rim are perfectly ok, the tire has a split!!!! and they do not take responsibility for it. Guess what, NEVER GO TO THEM.

Basically when I went to drive away my car died in their parking lot. I waited a couple hours while they investigated and managed to get it started again but said they couldn't find anything on the Diagnostics so suggested I go to the nearest Volkswagen dealership. It died again on my way home. They didn't help but I managed to get it going again and parked it in their parking lot so I could get them to start it if it died again. The next day it died again before I could get it down the street so I had it towed all the way to Bay City . They ended up replacing the new gas pump that Adams put in because the cap was on it was broken and because they had to follow protocol to figure out the problem. Basically, the diagnostics weren't showing the problem, so it needed persistence. It ended up being the fuel pump sensor. Adams did give me the money back for the replaced fuel pump. I initially dropped it off in October and didn't get my car back until De ember.

It was unbelievable the amount of time (3+ hours) we had to wait for the "finance department" to print a total of 10 papers to sign. I couldn't help but think maybe the "managers" behind the front desk in the middle of the showroom could put their food down and get the paperwork moving. Very unprofessional. After almost an 8 hr day, we left the dealership with my husbands truck. Only to wake up the next morning with a check engine light on.

This is one of those old-school dealerships where your salesperson needs to talk to the manager about any kind of price adjustment. Of course, this starts at the top, the manager doesn't empower his employees to truly service customers. This place is totally void of customer service, and the way they service their cars is terrifying. I bought a car with bad rear breaks that was overdue on transmission fluid. I got those resolved the day after purchasing, but would absolutely never trust this dealership to service its cars or customers well.

Went to go change my oil and managed to strip my drain plug. Apparently the tech at the dealer that…read moredid the last one went a little torque-happy. I called these guys to see if they could help me out with getting the bolt out, assuming it'd be a weird request. They were happy to have my come in, though, and took care of the oil change for me while they were at it. Since I already had the oil, filter, and replacement plug they only charged me $10! Everyone who I spoke to was friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. Bonus points for knowing how to drive a stick (you'd be surprised how often employees tire/car places no one that can). I would definitely recommend them to a friend!
