I had one bad tire and decided to buy a used tire from them to save money and not have to get all…read morenew tires. They told me there is no guarantees on used tires but I hoped at least hoped they won't give me damaged tire, "basic courtesy". The tire didn't hold air since day 1. I went back twice but they then told me it was rim/wheel now that was bad. I got it checked elsewhere and my wheels/rim are perfectly ok, the tire has a split!!!! and they do not take responsibility for it. Guess what, NEVER GO TO THEM.

Adams Auto totally dropped the ball after charging me $1,500 for various things to fix and the main…read morething that I brought it into fix wasn't fixed. Basically when I went to drive away my car died in their parking lot. I waited a couple hours while they investigated and managed to get it started again but said they couldn't find anything on the Diagnostics so suggested I go to the nearest Volkswagen dealership. It died again on my way home. They didn't help but I managed to get it going again and parked it in their parking lot so I could get them to start it if it died again. The next day it died again before I could get it down the street so I had it towed all the way to Bay City . They ended up replacing the new gas pump that Adams put in because the cap was on it was broken and because they had to follow protocol to figure out the problem. Basically, the diagnostics weren't showing the problem, so it needed persistence. It ended up being the fuel pump sensor. Adams did give me the money back for the replaced fuel pump. I initially dropped it off in October and didn't get my car back until De ember.

She was asked questions like "do you even know what a lease is" and "are you sure you even want a lease." Than tried talking her into buying herself a new car even though that is not what she came there for. My mother came in there and stated exactly what she wanted, and it was like the salesman didn't listen to a word she even said. I wouldn't recommend going to this place for anything. I would give Graff Chevrolet of Mt. pleasant a 0-10

Dealer runs typical Bait-and-Switch advertisements. DO NOT FALL PREY TO THEIR SCAMS. The FTC has…read moresome guidelines about what is "bait and switch" advertising and what isn't. Basically, "bait and switch" deals with a disingenuous advertisement. If the seller does not intend to sell you the "bait," and does any of the following in the course of selling other merchandise, then it's probably the "bait and switch": Refuses to take orders for the bait. Fails to meet anticipated demand for the bait without disclosing the bait's limited availability in the ad. Consumer laws consider the bait and switch to be fraudulent because the manufacturer is advertising a product that it does not actually intend to sell at that price and mandate that no advertisement should propose to sell an item that it does not actually intend to distribute at the advertised price. First day of a recent promo, no one responded to my inquiry and by the second day when I did receive a reply (after I had begged 3 different Sales reps via email) all advertised vehicles were unavailable. For days afterward, the dealer's website continued to advertise the special when there was absolutely no chance anyone could take advantage. Very sad and desperate.
