People there are rude and judgmental. When I couldn't afford to fix a part they clearly broke because it was within a couple weeks of new tire installation (and it wasn't more than a 40 dollar part it's just that I had only 72 cents to my name), rather than just quietly not fix it, they were holding my keys, whispering and laughing to themselves how I am a cheapskate. If they only knew the reality of it, of a disabled person who hasn't ate more than crackers for 3 day and just needing my tire to work that was brand new and defective. I'll never shop there again, i'd have paid the money and had it done by them when I got paid, but after that experience i'll just pay someone else to do it. Went in for a simple tire rotation. Called me back saying I need all new tires. my tires still have 50 to 60% tread and less than 15,000 miles On them. Also saying, I need new tire rods, which I also replaced less than a year ago myself. Place is a joke. read more

Do not know how to properly check over a vehicle and tried to get me to do 1300 dollars worth of work on my vehicle that was not needed because of it. I called to get my set of tires mounted, balanced, and an alignment but once it was time for my vehicle to get an alignment I was told that there was too much play in the ball joints for them to do the service. After checking the vehicle over with a trusted mechanic we determined that was not the case and tried to request the service be completed anyways but was told they would not do the service until work was done to the vehicle first. They handed me an estimate for almost $1300 and claimed they saw play in the ball joints which was false. read more

I spent $1300 in this shop today. I got two dented transformer wheel caps. Gunk all over my wheels and tires. And one tire with low pressure as I was picking it up. I am not impressed with this service. I took a chance going here. I won't make that mistake again. read more

Honestly terrible. I have never had a bad expirience with a Belle Tire until I attempted to come to this one. A little background, I had a tire with a leak and was attempting to get a patch until I was able to decide if I wanted to get a while new set of tires or just one tire. I understood that this Belle Tire got quite busy so I attempted to call ahead and make an appointment only to be told I could just walk in. I then decided to immediately drive over there to get the patch job. Once I got there, I walked in only to have no one at the desks. After about five to ten minutes someone came out only to tell me that they were booked for the rest of the day and that they would not be able to take my car in. I get that it gets busy but when I call on the phone to make sure that I can bring my car in today, I expect them to accept it. All in all, they wasted my time and gas, and I would recommend going to one of the various other tire repair centers across Mt. Pleasent. I recommend Olson Tire Services. They were not only able to give me a whole new tire for half of what it would have cost at Belle Tire, but they also got me in and out in 20 or so minutes and offered a free rotation the next day. read more

The worst service ever. They are over booked and cannot keep a scheduled appointment. I bought 2 sets of higher end Michelins and was excited about the no charge balance and rotations. I waited two different occasions with a scheduled appointment for over an hour and a half and never got the work performed. I will never go back. All they want to do at this location is sell tires. The associate lectured me on how busy they are, with no concern for perhaps my busy schedule. I sent two notes to corporate and never received the courtesy of a reply. I would beware of the sales people here. I have had good experiences and poor experiences within the last month. I have had a front sales person tell me that I needed a brand new tire due to a small hole in my tire...the new tire came with a hefty price tag. As the sales associate was attempting to up sell me. The mechanic later took me into the shop showing me the tire. He told me it was not necessary to buy a new tire (my tires are less than 8 months old) so I was thrilled my his honesty. Yesterday I picked up my car from a full tire balance and rotation, I was pleasantly surprised that my bill was $0. Bell tire does free tire patching and tire balancing. read more

I went to Midland Michigan Belle Tire, I had no choice. I waited (1 Hour and 45 minutes) for service. Then the poor excuse for a sales rep comes out and tells me" OKAY ITS DONE! 25.00") No thanks no have a nice day nothing Not even a receipt....... When I asked for one he acted as though he didn't hear my request and went on to the next costumer and I waited five minutes m re and still no receipt. SO I left. I will never ever return to this shitty place or send anyone to this joke of a company. The entire Mt. Pleasant location was amazing. We have a cottage just outside of town and we noticed that the front passenger tire wouldn't hold air. Going to Belle Tire was a no brainer, but I had the dog with me. When I got there, I offered to sit outside and wait with the dog, but they let me bring her in. This is a small thing, but that day it was huge. The weather was so humid that it was a real relief to be inside and not outside. The tire had a screw in it and they patched it for free. We've been here a few times before and everything was always fine. This time we were here it ended up being a $1600 dollar estimate . Who has that kind of money at the drop of a hat? Craig who worked out front worked very hard to get us financed and get everything worked out so our vehicle would be leaving in great condition. He was so helpful!
