However, my husband had a really great experience a few months back so I told them to go ahead and fill my chip. Twenty five minutes into the repair, the tech called me back out to tell me that they cracked my windshield once they started the fill. They told me that it was still safe to drive. The crack is horizontal from one end to the other and then goes vertical up in the middle of my line of sight if I am in the driver seat. They said sorry, they told me it could happen. They said they would contact the company but never told me how they would reach back out. They gave me the managers card and left. She was hardly apologetic. My husband called the manager, as I was too upset and it will possibly cost US $800 because I am requesting an OEM windshield and not one that is their standard windshield. I do NOT trust that they will get this in correctly and calibrated for all the sensors after seeing the service today. If I could, they would get 0 stars.
