As a woman, they talk to me respectfully and even though I am somewhat ignorant about cars, they don't 'make me feel dumb.' Their prices are very reasonable, and they seem to be honest when giving you options. For example: 'these three things are a problem on your vehicle, but X is the most pressing right now and you could probably wait to address the other things if you have to.' They generally offer a ride if the weather is bad. I trust them, and really appreciate the integrity with which they seem to conduct their business. I have a foreign car, so I was worried about taking it to a garage (I usually do all my own car repairs) but the fact that it was a European vehicle didn't phase the team at all. Kathy was very kind and patient as she explained what repairs were needed, what I could let ride, and what I needed to get fixed immediately. The prices were fair, the service was quick, efficient, and most importantly, well done. The waiting area was pleasant and I was kept abreast of what was going on with my car while I waited. When the repairs were finished, the crew member who worked on my car came inside to talk to me, and then escorted me to my vehicle to personally show me what needed to be worked on, what had been done, and to talk about my repair options. I plan to come to the team at Alma for ALL my future repair needs. Additionally, I already sent my elderly aunt and her (American-made) vehicle there for brake repairs. I felt confident recommending the Alma muffler man because of the great job they did on my car, plus they are local to her. When I later inquired about her visit, she was raving about how respectfully they treated her, never talking down to her despite her lack of automobile know-how. That may not be important to some people, but it is to me. For that reason alone I would recommend this particular shop to all of my family/friends, not to mention that Chuck is a genius when it comes to auto repair. (Seriously, he's like the Volkswagen whisperer.) I wouldn't trust my car in any other shop. 10 out of 10, would DEFINITELY recommend!

Not only were the repairs done for a great price, but the repair man also came to us, so we avoided having to figure out how to get a tow. I would add an extra star if I could for dealing with an 18-year-old child who needed detailed instructions on how to find the info about the car. Make that an extra two stars for patience in addition to the extra dealing with an 18-YO star. Do not hesitate to use 7 Days a Week Mobile Auto Repair.

This place delivers traditional old-school service. It had been a number of years since andy many…read morecars since I last purchased tires at this business. I am now wondering why. I purchase tires regularly as a result of my high-mileage driving. This particular car is on its fourth set of tires. They most recent set was purchased from a well known chain with a lot of commercials bragging about low prices. Well I am here to say that chain does not compare to the customer service and quality tire I purchased from this Metro 25 franchise. My tires were ordered over the phone and an appointment made to install them the same day. (My tires aren't a common size.) I arrived on time for my appointment and about 1-hr later I was on my way with new tires installed. There was no upselling, much appreciated. Waiting area isn't beautiful, but it was large with plenty of room to move around with other waiting customers. No frills, so bring your own coffee and entertainment if you plan to wait on your car. I would highly recommend this business to friends and clients. They have earned all of my future automotive service needs.
