Damian and Dianna are wonderful. My husband and I where 70 miles from home when my car through a belt. We stopped in to Damians shop close to 5 o'clock on Wednesday afternoon and ask if he could get us in. He got us right in and all fixed within in an hour and said no charge he knows how it is to be stranded. I can't thank him enough. I drove 2 hours to bring my car here! I heard about the shop from a family member and I got in contact with them and explained my issues. They had me in and out in a timely manner. My car is driving amazing and my AC is nice and cold!! The best thing about this shop is the owners! It's so hard to find honest dependable people these days. Rebuilt engine put in last fall, took twice as long because they ordered and installed the wrong one first time around and the vehicle hasnt run like normal ever since. Had it back in 3 times after and was lied to about the repairs and test driving after to ensure it was fixed. Waste of time and money and still having issues but I don't trust them anymore to fix it. read more

The crew at the Alma Muffler Man is simply phenomenal. The front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have a foreign car, so I was worried about taking it to a garage (I usually do all my own car repairs) but the fact that it was a European vehicle didn't phase the team at all. Kathy was very kind and patient as she explained what repairs were needed, what I could let ride, and what I needed to get fixed immediately. The prices were fair, the service was quick, efficient, and most importantly, well done. The waiting area was pleasant and I was kept abreast of what was going on with my car while I waited. When the repairs were finished, the crew member who worked on my car came inside to talk to me, and then escorted me to my vehicle to personally show me what needed to be worked on, what had been done, and to talk about my repair options. I plan to come to the team at Alma for ALL my future repair needs. Additionally, I already sent my elderly aunt and her (American-made) vehicle there for brake repairs. I felt confident recommending the Alma muffler man because of the great job they did on my car, plus they are local to her. When I later inquired about her visit, she was raving about how respectfully they treated her, never talking down to her despite her lack of automobile know-how. That may not be important to some people, but it is to me. For that reason alone I would recommend this particular shop to all of my family/friends, not to mention that Chuck is a genius when it comes to auto repair. (Seriously, he's like the Volkswagen whisperer.) I wouldn't trust my car in any other shop. 10 out of 10, would DEFINITELY recommend! read more

I can not even begin to express how thankful I am for Muffler Man's staff. They are all extremely nice and understanding especially towards difficult times. I regularly bring my vehicle to Muffler Man for any services done such as oil changes, tire rotations, or anything else that may need some work. They have the best pricing around, and are extremely polite and upfront with you about anything that may be an issue regarding your vehicle. I brought my cobalt in this morning. The last couple weeks my steering wheel has been shaking, and you could here one of the front tires wobbling around and making a lot of ruckus. It was starting to make me really nervous. Yet, I thought it was just due to me driving on dirt roads and mud building up around the tires. I was wrong. Muffler Man was already pretty busy, but they were very fast-paced as well as organized. When they pulled in my car, I was pulled aside to look at the damaged tires. I knew already that soon I was going to have to get new tires, but was unable to afford them at the time. I had a hole in one tire, and a broken belt on another. At first, we agreed that I was going to just make payments on the tires, but after they were all finished the owner told me that him and his wife- who runs the desk at the business- were covering the expenses. I can't express how thankful I am, and how much it truly means to me especially in hard times. Muffler Man's Owners and staff makes them the best Auto Repair business around. I will continue to bring my vehicle here. They do such a great job and they really do care about their customers. After spending over $800 the car is still as bad . Gee sorry mistakes happen. I sure hope my doctor doesn't screw up so bad. And then gee sorry we have no time to fix your car after 10 days: you'll have to find time to schedule another appointment to get your car right due to our incompetence. This is corporate owned and the new management is amazing. Love that the parts guy is a lady. Tim the mechanic lets me know when I need to replace something in advance of it breaking just for a heads up and the work is done very fast. I highly recommend them. read more

I do not trust this business. I took my car in to have them look at the brakes and when I went to pick it up they had given me an oil change. My husband had just done the oil change 1 month earlier. Definite crooks, stay away. Check and double check before you sign it, and take a picture of it before you leave. read more
