Stopped on a snowing day for an estimate on a grill and headlight damage from a deer collision on my pickup truck. Aubrea came out to survey the damage. Wrote an estimate that matched very closely to the insurance company's estimate. Asked if the repairs could be done in a time frame. Requested a upgrade to a front chrome bumper. Was scheduled an appointment in a timely manner. They made the repairs within time frame. Very satisfied with the results of repairs and addition of front chrome bumper. Front bumper needed an adjustment, scheduled an appointment on short notice because of my work situation. They were very accommodating. Went out of there with adjustment made in very quick time. Aubrey and Mike from Midstate Collision are absolutely wonderful. My Audi A4 had some minor surface damage over a number of panels on the roof. Since I was already having the work done, I asked if they could take a look at painting the lowers, which were previously grey and touching up an area that was scratched on the front bumper. As you will see from the picture, the work that was done is outstanding. The car looks and seems new. This is a 2003, which most people are surprised to find. I selected Midstate Auto Collision due to the high marks they received on Google Reviews as well as Yelp. Having just moved to the area, I wanted to make sure that I chose the most reputable company I could find and was not disappointed. In this process I interviewed some who had high reviews yet said they would be accepting new jobs in December, and then they would need it for two months because it is a foreign car. Don't go to this autobody shop. Went in twice, one time they said they could not do the job (rocker panel) and next time went in for an estimate and the guy never called back. It is unprofessional to not provide a quote to a customer when you come into their place of work and then do not provide the quote. read more

So I got into an accident. Someone hit me. I was fighting with my insurance company, and another dealership. The dealership didn't even want to take my truck because they didn't want to deal with Progressive. I found Midstate collision. I was really nervous taking my baby there. My truck is my baby. It's lifted and it's a weird year that I can't ever get the right parts for at the part stores. I got to Midstate and seen other lifted trucks and thought "ok they should know what they are doing." Aubree was super super nice in the office. She assured me that they can deal with my insurance company. And THEY DID!!!!!!! They got exactly what my truck needed!!!! Mike also assured me that my truck would look nice and pretty afterwards. I did call a few times because I was having nightmares that my truck was coming back with a different shade of paint and the wrong mirror. They didn't mind my calls. They always assured me everything was going great. I went there yesterday to get my baby and HOLY CRAP!!!! My truck is seriously so beautiful. They shined it all up and even cleaned the tires so amazing they look new again. My doors are so beautiful and open like a brand new truck!!!!!! I swear it looks better then when I bought it!!!!!!!!! I will ALWAYS refer Midstate collision! They are 110% amazing! They know what they are doing! Plus even though it felt like years away from my truck it really only took a week after they had to deal with my stupid insurance. If anyone has any bad stuff to say about them I'm sorry but your just impossible to make happy. I'm very picky when it comes to my baby. I don't let just ANYONE work on my truck. I could not have asked for a better experience than the one that I got from Mike and Aubrey at Midstate Collision, they are absolutely the nicest people to talk to and deal with( felt more like talking to family). They came out and did the estimate within a day and kept me informed of the process the entire way through, and I was even given a loaner car while mine was being fixed. My car looks fantastic!!! You cannot even tell where my damage was on my car. I will not go to any other place to have my car taken care of from now on.
