My two main concerns were price as well as turnaround time. The dealer was quoting at least 3 days and I'm just out of warranty so I get that I'm not exactly going to be a VIP customer. It was a Wednesday morning and I had plans for Friday afternoon. The man that answered told me to bring it in and he'd let me know. I had rear brakes, rotors and a caliper replaced all for a decent price. He also was able to complete it the same day. That was the most exciting part for me.
