Took the printout that Belle Tire originally gave me back to Belle. Confronted the Service Manager about it and he looked up the account. As he pulled it up, he was typing on the account (was adding that they recommended Shocks and struts) Printed off what he CLAIMS they originally said needed work, MAGICALLY, shocks and struts on it. Showed him the original copy, called him a lying dumba$$ and never went back.

My two main concerns were price as well as turnaround time. The dealer was quoting at least 3 days and I'm just out of warranty so I get that I'm not exactly going to be a VIP customer. It was a Wednesday morning and I had plans for Friday afternoon. The man that answered told me to bring it in and he'd let me know. I had rear brakes, rotors and a caliper replaced all for a decent price. He also was able to complete it the same day. That was the most exciting part for me.
