    First, I made an appointment to have my car looked at, I then called a tow truck to get it there…read more3weeks later, because that was the soonest they had. The car arrived the evening before the appointment was scheduled for with our information. My husband called the afternoon of our appointment to get a progress report,and was told they would "try" to get to it the next day. Because we didn't call them again to remind these people of the appointment they should have had in there books! Second, the total cost that was given to us for the estimate was MUCH higher than any other mechanics. I called to let them know that we would be sending a tow truck to pickup the car and was told I owed $75 for the diagnosis. This is after being spoken to very rudely by the secretary. I started to ask the man if he had informed my husband of this bill when they spoke (just so I would know if I had to tell him) and this man went crazy! He would not let me speak, he yelled "do you work for nothing?" He was incredibly disrespectful and rude to me. Even when I was finally able to make this person understand my simple question, he continued to be rude. When I told him how rude he was being, not to mention the secretary, he just announced that there were other customers that she needed to talk to. Let me assure you, Sir...no I do not work for nothing, but I do work in customer service, and if I ever had even a fraction of the attitude I've gotten from your business, I'd be terminated, and rightfully so!

    If I could, I would leave 0 stars. I took my car there on a referral from another mechanic, for a…read morepowertrain light and a check engine light. They took my car on March 22 and I got a diagnosis. I had them work on it, I got my car back one week later. It ran great for a day then the light came back on. I dropped it off on Sunday April 2 and called them the following morning to let them know that it was not running again. They did another diagnostic and called and told me that it was going to $1701 to fix. I called back a day later and okayed the work to be done. One, they never told me what that 1701 was going to fix and second, I was never given a time frame. I called once a week for 3 weeks and talked to Doug; all I got was they were sick, they were short staffed and my car was next. I still had no idea what was actually wrong with my car. I ended up calling on Monday April 24 and letting them know that I got my car an appointment at another place and I will be picking it up. All that I got in reply was "OK." My dad picked it up and all they did was hand him the key. Not a word from no body. No answers. So, my car is getting fixed by another shop, and guess what? It needs a new transmission. The work they did had nothing to do with what was actually wrong with the car. I am beyond frustrated, because I have been without my vehicle for going a month and a half. If it was properly diagnosed and fixed, I would be happy customer.
