I stopped driving the car as I looked into the issue just in case I needed to take them to small claims court. They offered to take care of us but they lied and tried to say the person they fired didn't cause the issue and that we needed to fix the other rotors and brakes. If you had any work done between September 2023 and now you might want to call and make sure the person who fixed your car wasn't fired recently for negligence. Do not trust these people, they don't know what they are doing. Response from Mufflerman via Fleischmann: sir im sorry for the issue you was advised before the work was done the first time that you needed rotors as well as the pads you chose to do just pads and there is no warranty with just pads which is on your paper work which you signed and the guy that was fired has nothing to do with his work Response to Matt Fleischmann's comment: 700 dollars for brakes and rotors. Both were on the receipt. What you put in your system is a lie, we have the receipt which states both were done. Making us pay twice is criminal.

Stopped at this Muffler Man facility and they put the car on their hoist and determined the noise was from the exhaust heat shield. They removed the shield because the anchor screw holes were rotted out from corrosion. When I asked them what I owed them, they said "no charge" just come back in the next time you need work done on your car. My kind of Place!!!
