My SIL did need help, and Phil found the item on his tablet and offered to go get it. He was back in a flash with the item and we continued shopping. When we got to the checkout, there was Phil again, and he rang up our orders. The whole time we were with him he was casually talking and joking with us. Phil was just so helpful and friendly. As I left the store I noticed my vehicle was the only one in the parking lot. I checked the store hours and realized they had closed a half hour ago. Phil never said anything, the girl at the door never said anything, there was no pressure to hurry up and leave. Not only does this Sam's have the best employees, they keep that store clean enough to eat off the floors. The merchandise is stocked perfectly, and the lighting is bright and cheerful. This has to be the best store in the chain, and my favorite place to shop in Mt Pleasant. Thank you Mt Pleasant Sam's Club, and please recognize Phil for the kind-hearted soul he is. I purchase tires regularly as a result of my high-mileage driving. This particular car is on its fourth set of tires. They most recent set was purchased from a well known chain with a lot of commercials bragging about low prices. Well I am here to say that chain does not compare to the customer service and quality tire I purchased from this Metro 25 franchise. My tires were ordered over the phone and an appointment made to install them the same day. (My tires aren't a common size.) I arrived on time for my appointment and about 1-hr later I was on my way with new tires installed. There was no upselling, much appreciated. Waiting area isn't beautiful, but it was large with plenty of room to move around with other waiting customers. No frills, so bring your own coffee and entertainment if you plan to wait on your car. I would highly recommend this business to friends and clients. They have earned all of my future automotive service needs.

Their prices are very reasonable, and they seem to be honest when giving you options. For example: 'these three things are a problem on your vehicle, but X is the most pressing right now and you could probably wait to address the other things if you have to.' They generally offer a ride if the weather is bad. I trust them, and really appreciate the integrity with which they seem to conduct their business.
