After trying to contact the dealer (no response), two independent auto repair shops (no response), I decided to stop at the Pit Stop where I have gone for oil changes for over 10 years. They immediately saw the problem when I pulled in, and I told them that I would pay them whatever they thought was appropriate to just reattach the shield so it wasn't dragging. After about 10 minutes, they emerged from the pit beneath the car and said it was all repaired. When I asked how much I owed them, they said "nothing." I insisted on tipping them for their time and trouble, but I was amazed that a repair for which any of the shops/dealers would have likely charged me over $100 and insisted on an appointment was handled by the Pit Stop crew at no charge with no waiting. I've always had great customer service there, but this went above and beyond. Thank you, Pit Stop crew!! I highly recommend your shop to others.

They installed four new tires and four new tire sensors, and repaired the exhaust. Because they knew it was for a good cause, they even took $200 off the labor. Then they inspected my newly purchased Cadillac. They found problems I never would have discovered myself and negotiated nearly $1,000 worth of repairs with CarMax. They put my license plate on for me and spent half an hour teaching me how to use the car's safety features. When everything was finished, they told me, "You bought a good car--and now you have a great car." I love these people. They are hardworking, honest, helpful , and they know cars and trucks like nobody's business. Thank you, Greg and Chelsea--and the handsome mechanic who finally taught me how to turn on my radio!

I explained everything that was going on and they agreed with my husband's Google search that it was likely from the body control module. When I tell you this car has been a puzzle for these guys for the last 3 weeks I mean, I'm not sure how they managed to keep their cool and convinced themselves to keep trying. They were well within justification to tell me to come tow it away and be done with it. I put 266k miles on this car in 9 years. It could easily have just pooped out but this is the most problems I've ever had with the car. Anyway, 3 weeks, calls in to GM and Chevrolet and still no answers but they didn't give up and at the end of 3 weeks I have my car back and it drives like new! I also couldn't believe what it ended up costing after all that trouble. I am so grateful to this repair shop and they probably just gained a new customer. I love my old mechanic but I'm not sure he can handle these new fandangled mostly electric cars.

I purchase tires regularly as a result of my high-mileage driving. This particular car is on its fourth set of tires. They most recent set was purchased from a well known chain with a lot of commercials bragging about low prices. Well I am here to say that chain does not compare to the customer service and quality tire I purchased from this Metro 25 franchise. My tires were ordered over the phone and an appointment made to install them the same day. (My tires aren't a common size.) I arrived on time for my appointment and about 1-hr later I was on my way with new tires installed. There was no upselling, much appreciated. Waiting area isn't beautiful, but it was large with plenty of room to move around with other waiting customers. No frills, so bring your own coffee and entertainment if you plan to wait on your car. I would highly recommend this business to friends and clients. They have earned all of my future automotive service needs.
