Because of they didn't "complete" the job, a few weeks later I had the same issue with my vehicle. I took my vehicle to a different mechanic for repairs. Took the parts he removed back to Muffler Man to get a refund on the parts and they told me refund was only valid if they did the work the second time around. Why the hell would I take my vehicle back to the people who screwed me in the first place? DO NOT take your vehicle to Muffler Man!!
