He was a jerk & said with attitude that it would cost me $75 for him to unhook my car. Seriously?! He hadn't even gotten back into his truck yet but is going to charge me $75 just to unhook it?! I paid the money (ripoff) and when he left, he met up with the manager of the place (female) and they sat in their vehicles chatting, which makes it look like some kind of "favor". He probably split the money with her and laughed all the way home!

We found out we could not completely fix it without a dealership scanner to complete the job, so once again we left our truck with him. He delivered it to the dealership the next day, and explained the issues and even offered to go back and pick it up if we could not get there during the dealers open hours. His pricing was great. AAA stated the tow driver would call when they were 15 minutes away. We waited until 10:45 pm & no one came. We called AAA again, who called Alma Towing (the company that was dispatched) & was told they weren't coming. At that point, we had waited for almost 2 hours along the highway. As a woman, they talk to me respectfully and even though I am somewhat ignorant about cars, they don't 'make me feel dumb.' Their prices are very reasonable, and they seem to be honest when giving you options. For example: 'these three things are a problem on your vehicle, but X is the most pressing right now and you could probably wait to address the other things if you have to.' They generally offer a ride if the weather is bad. I trust them, and really appreciate the integrity with which they seem to conduct their business. Places like this are part of what makes small towns great!

They gave an ETA of one hour, but after TWO hours, no one showed up. Worse yet, when we tried calling for an update, they refused to answer--going so far as to manually cancel the call so it would go straight to voicemail. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. If you actually need help, do yourself a favor and call Green's Towing. They may charge you a few extra dollars, but they'll show up.
