I thought I really liked this place. I took my scooter in after getting some bad advise and they were able to clarify things for me. I called them again when my moped died during a doordash delivery, the next day they came out and was able to get it running again, although the repair guy was very vague about what the actual issue was. A few days later my moped died, again. I shot them a text and it took 2 days for a reply. I decided to take off the seat to see if I could see anything wrong and found two hand tools inside. I messaged again because I needed someone to come look at my moped since that's my means of making a living and it took again a few days for a reply, so I asked for the managers number so I could speak directly with someone who might take it a little more seriously, I was told my message had been passed on and he would get back to me. A week and a half later, I'm still waiting. First impressions can be wrong and I'll definitely be finding somewhere else to take my moped. read more

I bought a new scooter and had numerous things going wrong and their shop wasn't fixing them. A neighbor recommended Rylan and it was my carburetor. My scooter now runs so well and goes more than 20mph. It was simple, very reasonable cost and personal service. Follow up My bike wouldn't start after I had it parked on the street. I thought it was my battery and Rylan arrived promptly at my apartment and flipped the kill switch. Super simple and he's just so patient. Thank you The Moped Shop for honest, convenient and prompt service!!! read more

Came to the moped shop to fix my moped Thank you to Rylan for fixing my moped, very quickly! And pricing was fair

Just bought my 2nd Soleil GT from the guys at The Moped Shop & couldn't be happier. The moped itself is amazing & almost sells itself - but, they break it down even more what makes on moped different from another. The '24 I just got has factory-installed alarm system (insurance discount!). That being said, from sales to service. From Mark to KJ - they take excellent care of you. The bike has a 1 year warranty - so, I get all my service done by The Moped Garage on Ward. You can buy a moped a few places - but, you want reputable dealers & service department !! read more

Christian is amazing. Fast and trustworthy. Exactly what I hoped for. I will be back.

I first met Rylan when he was working as a mechanic at another shop, and I was immediately struck by his positive energy and willingness to explain any issues with my bike. Since Rylan opened his own shop, I decided to give it a try, and I couldn't be happier with the level of service. I refuse to take my moped anywhere but the moped shop! I One of the things that sets Rylan's shop apart is the honesty and transparency they bring to every interaction. I never have to worry about getting cheated or taken advantage of, which is a huge relief. In addition to the trustworthiness of the staff, the level of service is exceptional. There's hardly any wait time, and the other mechanics are always willing to help explain any issues they find with your bike. Theres also a fun little community at the Moped Shop where you can literally talk shop with other moped owners -- It's fun talking to others about the mods on their bikes while I wait. I guess getting my bike fix here becomes more of a fun activity than an errand. Overall, I highly recommend the Moped Shop. The service is exceptional, the staff is honest and trustworthy, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. read more

I had previously went to see Ryland when his shop was on keeaumoku st. The service he gave me in modding my moped has been still #1. Best investment I have ever made. Recently I had a problem with my mopeds exhaust. Purchased it from somewhere else. They didn't have a replacement at the time. But bruddah Bob ( da guy is da BOMB) went out of his way to help me fix my issue. I asked him if he could change my oil and he did it right then and there without hesitation. The bill for the service makes the other guys look stupid. So if I are in any need for service or repair, even a brand new moped already modded there's nowhere else on the Islands than to go see Ryland and BOB at their shop. Many mahalos again for all your help getting my moped running like a CHAMP!!!!!!! G. read more

Finally got the chance to check out this new shop where I can get my moped serviced at. Once you walk in, you're greeted by one of the salesman. He mentioned his name is Rylan. I asked him that I was looking for an upgrade for a bit more power. I told Rylan what was my budget and he knew what to recommend. He explained in details on what would be done and what it would cost for the labor and materials. Let's not forget that he also mentioned that all service done comes with 30 days of warranty. Once I agreed on what would be done, service time took less than an hour to complete. Rylan, the salesman is also one of the main mechanics. I highly recommend Rylan and his crew at The Moped Shop for their quality service and friendly staff. They have most parts on hand to service all types of mopeds. They also are reasonably priced and service times aren't that bad. read more

They quoted me 1/5th the price Moped Garage quoted for the same job and did it in 1.5 hours vs 2 weeks. The folks there don't sweet talk you. They just take your moped, do the job, and you're on your way. Will be my regular moped maintenance guys. read more
