Actually amazing. So much better and easier than any other moped place I have gone to on island. They're so fast and communicative and great at what they do. Very knowledgeable, will definitely only be coming here with my moped from now on !!!!! read more

Good honest shop. Highly recommend. Even did small adjustments to help moped. Will be back for repairs again one day.

The owner is extremely helpful and friendly. He was able to help me out with replacing a belt on my moped. He knows his stuff and I would absolutely recommend taking any mopeds here to fix up. read more

Couple cool guys but idk I took my moped here once to get diagnosed come to find out I just needed a new CDI, but they opened my carburetor put a new jet and kept my other #60 jet without asking if I want it back. I thought that was unethical because I needed that jet. Everytime I call always get attitude and always out of stock. I grew up Pālolo Valley my whole life too LOL I rather go Sam's Aaron's, or Dio Anatomy in Kalihi those guys are always welcoming and always in stock with parts you may need, always have tires in stock too, they always give you good advice and information too. Glenn's Cyle da guy Matt and couple other guys make you feel unwelcome I don't get that vibe at any other shops LOL but make sure you get all your parts back and check your stuff before leaving Glenn's Cycle read more

This is the only shop I trust with my moped. Jason is helpful and knowledgeable. We have been coming here since around 2006 when it used to be owned by Glenn. read more

If you are seeking a business that has integrity and provides top service for all your moped needs, then Glenn's is the only place you should consider. My husband and I were taken advantage of by an individual whom we trusted to service and make repairs on our moped. The amount of money and time spent on our moped with this person amassed $1400. I implore you... don't do business with Gerard who works at Moped Company located on Kapahulu. We gave him an opportunity to make extra money by enlisting his services and he took advantage of our kindness. Thanks to a referral from Brada Bo (former owner of Bo Tech) he sent us to GCS. Owner Jayson, Brian, and the crew did an extraordinary job overhauling our moped. The amount of work they did to undo the damage done by Gerard was quite exceptional. We found out that the parts that was in our bike that we spent top dollar on were used not brand new. We also learned that their was intentional damage done to our air box which had to be removed. After 1 week, we got our moped fixed and in spectacular condition. We can't thank GCS and the crew for treating our bike like it was theirs and for providing us with thee BEST customer service on this island... thank you doesn't justify the time they spent and the kindness they showed us... Keep up the great work guys!!! Mahalo, Chief & Lei read more

I was riding in a lane on kapahulu and this bus was on my right. suddenly I see the bus slowly moving into my lane. throttle open and get out of the way. omy. Not only that he is friendly and very knowledgable. he takes the time to understand what you want by not trying to go over budget. reccomend this shop 365 days a week. Peace read more

Came in to get in some much needed service for my SYM Dd50. Staff was very cool and the shop was kept clean and parts was clearly displayed behind counter to view. Bad experience before with other shops with more people cruising talking then helping. But yeah solid price and quality work. I will be going to this shop for all future service. read more

Good customer service and although they only have Sym parts, they were able to change my battery and do oil change.

Thanks to brother Jayson I was able to ride the next day. If you need a custom clutch or throttle cable or you have the housing and need a longer cable go see these guys Not only for mopeds read more

Called as soon as they opened at 10am and someone unfriendly answered the phone with "hello", I asked if I reached Glenn's cycle and then they said in a mean manner... "hello... yesss" as if I was suppose to know that this was their business and not just some random house phone number. Then I asked if they sold tubing for a dirt bike tire- the guy who seemed to belittled me because I was a girl quickly cut me off and said "no". I wasn't sure if the tire was for a dirt bike as it was a request from my bf to call and check- the person on the phone didn't even want to hear the size of the tire. I needed to tell him to listen to the size before he determined whether he had the tire or not. Overall- it was a bad customer service experience and I would not recommend this business unless u are in direr need of only "moped" parts even though online it says that these people repair and service parts for dirt bikes as well! Bad customer service read more

They are always so friendly and helpful! They really know their stuff as well. If you have any questions about mopeds or need some work done definitely go to Glenn's, they won't rip you off either. read more

I have a Sym DD50 that I bought from Glenns about 10 years ago. It currently has about 22,000 miles on it. Recently, it developed a problem, and was running intermittently, like it wasn't getting enough fuel. Once I returned to my home, I worked for a couple of hours trying to figure out the problem, but with no luck. Then I took it to Glenns for his assistance. He had the problem solved and scooter back in running order in about 10 minutes. No drama, no this is a big problem, he just fixed it. Good work Glenn read more

Glenn, what a great person. Back in December I was looking to purchase a luggage rack. The shop was out of stock and was not receiving any until February so Glenn took my name and number. February came and he called to let me know that the luggage racks were in. When I came in he remembered my name and put the rack on (which I could not do by myself). Great customer service. I've gotten my tire replaced at Glenn's too. The service was fast and they did a safety check. I get everything I need for my moped here. I highly recommend this place, Glenn's is the BEST!!! Thank you Glenn's! read more

I am not going to lie!! Glenn's is the very best!! They are usually pretty busy, but they always make time to recognize their previous customers! I've been to more than 5 scooter shops, and they are hands down the VERY BEST!!! Cheers to Glenn and his rockin staff!! read more

Ah Glenn's...I can't say enough good things about this place. It's a bit dingy, like an old garage BUT the service is amazing. Glenn and his staff have saved me a ton of money, made my moped even more fun to ride around and been able to answer me any question in regards to the servicing and ride of my moped. Helps that he is in my neighborhood but I'd go see him anyways if I lived on the other side of town. His staff sometimes works like a professional pit crew. I've rolled my moped (or my girlfriend's) into his shop, and at times had two or three people pulling it apart, changing things, fixing small items and then getting it back together. It's kind of fun to watch them do it. I'd send my grandma to his shop if she was alive and/or rode a moped. I trust him that much. read more

I bought my dd50 from Glenn back in 08 and him and his team has provided me with excellent service ever since. I genuinely want him to have more business because of the honest work him and his crew do everyday. Just today they found that a rat chewed through my turn signal wires and they helped me Sauder and repair one and got everything working in 10 minutes. They even vacuumed my bucket at the end. Awesome. I will continue to give any moped business to him and will continue to bring my bike to him and his crew. Thanks glenns cycles for the past 7 years! read more

This is the very best moped shop on island. You absolutely can not find better customer service, and the prices are comparable as well. I found the part I needed cheaper somewhere else, and Glenn said he would match it. I went to the shop to get my block pressed together. When I picked it up he had pressed it together, re-threaded some stripped bolt holes and attached a holding clip to my oil pump plug that needed to be done. He did all of this complimentary! He knew it needed to be done, and was looking out for my best interests! I needed another part, he didn't have it in stock, but ordered it and followed up with me when it came in. If I didn't live on the other side of the island, I would go no where else. I will go out of my way to make the drive out to his shop every time that I can. read more

Having never owned or ridden a moped before, I really needed to find a dealer who was honest and knowledgeable and, at Glenn's, I found an entire team who had both but also fantastic customer service too! I would most definitely recommend Glenn'a for anybody looking to purchase a quality moped. read more

Having shopped around for a place to purchase a moped as my means of transportation to and from work daily I took my time and I'm so glad I did. I went to Glenn's cycle and after speaking to Jayson about mopeds he was very knowledgeable and honest. I purchased a new SYM DD50 and was very satisfied with it. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is top notch. I take my moped here for all my services and repairs and they've never let me down. My only request is the expand and make more locations. read more

My Sym Jet EuroX sat in my garage for about 1.5 years without being started. After countless weekends and hours spent trying to get it running again for sale, I had it towed to Glenns. Within 3 hours they had it running again flawlessly and were even able to diagnose a few issues that were sucking power away from it reaching full potential. $50 later, my moped was running better than the day I bought it. Friendly / knowledgeable staff. Good selection of parts. Great pricing. Won't even look at another shop to service my moped in the future. (Parking is a little hard to find for cars, but there are a few meter spots right next to the shop.) read more

I dunno how Glenn does it? I'm sure he's seen it all being part of the moped scene, which is a freak of nature. If your a part of it, you know what i mean. Even after all his years of service, hes got a wealth of knowledge and patience for anyone willing to listen. It's because of his patience and genuine character, i was sold. I made up my mind and decided i would do most of my shopping with him. I ordered a brand new black DD50 a couple weeks ago from him. I told him what kind of riding I'd be doing, what kind of speed I wanted to get out of it, and how I wanted it to look. He put together a small performance package for me and I told him what accessories I wanted on it. Three days later he delivered the perfect custom tailored bike to my specifications. I absolutely love it. He doesn't up sell, he listens to what you want, gives you valuable feed back and ultimately does honest business. So if your looking to get a bike, visit Glenn. All i ask is that you show him the same Aloha that he extends to you. Thank you, Elton read more

I'm one of those proud moped owners and I went to this shop to look for things I needed. They seemed to have a lot of small things for your moped. We purchased 4 Sym DD50 scooters for Christmas in 2015. I decided to upgrade one of them recently and took it back to Glenn's...what a great decision!! They installed a 70cc Polini big bore kit, upgraded the CVT, installed a better muffler, and re-jetted the carb...all for about the same price I could have bought the parts for online!!! Glenn, Jason and the rest of the crew do a great job and really show interest in their work. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my scooter needs! read more

I have a Honda Ruckus and Glenn's doesn't really work on Ruckus', however, they did help me out when I really needed them. My Ruckus would start, but not idle, because I live a block away, I took it to Glenn's to see if they could help. They not only helped me get my Ruckus running, they didn't charge me! I have picked up parts and accessories from them in the past for both my motorcycle and scooter and his prices are fair. If he doesn't have it, he'll get it for you. Everyone there is super helpful and friendly, even the guys who just hang out! I just wish they worked on Ruckus', this would be the only place I ever took my scooter to! Thank you Glenn for running an honest business, I wish you much success always! read more

I have been to three moped dealers for service and all I can say hands down that Glenn's is the best. Robert from MISTER SCOOTER is absolutely rude and has horrible service. I wrote a review about him. Jerry from MOPEDS PLUS is okay. The guys from MOTOR SOURCE are great. Glenn's I didn't feel comfortable as I walked inside because I felt the owner gawking me but proved wrong. The owner Glenn was very helpful. I felt a bit timid because of the small space with high ceilings and parts and posters all over the place. I didn't know much about scooters and should've come here the first place instead of buying a Chinese scooter from other places. Glenn has a passion for scooters, dirt bikes, etc. and he stands by the quality of scooters he sells because it shows by walking into his store. After riding a SYM scooter that I rented from Hawaiian Style Rentals, I enjoyed the ride and immediately sold Chinese scooter-Bravo Sky 50 and bought a SYM from Glenn. My Chinese scooter kept breaking down in the rain because of poorly shielded spark plug. This was bought from Mopeds Plus along Kalakaua from some chill, big dude, Jerry. Jerry told me just as long as I took care of it, it would last long. Wrong! Even after my regular tune-ups, I still had problems, but they were friendly. I have had my SYM scooter for more than 3 years and it still runs great. I have never missed a 1000 mile maintenance and they change my oil, replace the spark plug, check tire pressure, etc. for $15. I read on some review that some poor lady had to pay $40 for all that at MISTER SCOOTER. I don't recall paying that much at MOPEDS PLUS either. The whole crew here is nice. I only know Damien, but I wish I knew the others. read more

Just starting to restore my Vespa P200 and boy am I glad Glenn is here. My tires have been on this bike since the 80's and the rims just wouldn't give. Glenn sold me new tires at a really reasonable price and even helped me get the old rims off (not easy if you've ever done this). Like everyone else says - he's the best - he knows what he's doing and he's as nice as ever. And a great sense of humor.... read more

We purchased our first mopeds from Glenn's back in 2006. We always take our mopeds here. They're always so helpful. Prices are fair & reasonable. They don't push you to buy anything you don't need. If you're looking for a shop that sells nothing but quality mopeds & parts & if you're looking for a place with excellent customer service, look no further. This is the shop. Glenn sells and services SYM dd50 model mopeds. They are the best mopeds on oahu. (Do some research and you'll agree) the entire staff knows everything about the moped and are all great resources for answers about anything SYM from those that upgrade everything they can, to those owners that just need reliable stock moped transportation. Friendly and great service. One of the last places that make a custum cable for you. And cheap. They sell mopeds and motorcycle parts.

As others have said, Glenn and his staff are awesome! I've been taking my moped to his shop for about a year and they are straight up with me. They tell me what I do and do not need. And when they tell me how long it will take to fix something, they're pretty much on it. Although they don't have a moped pick-up service like other places (i once had to walk it there from my place in palolo), their service makes it worth it. and their prices are very fair too. read more

I have been to numerous moped dealers in Oahu. Glenn's is the best! They are honest and straight forward. In addition their prices are reasonable. They have been able to do everything I needed while I waited and were very helpful when I asked noob questions. read more
