If you're looking to buy a moped from someone who will stand behind their product and support you…read morewith any problems that may arise for your moped throughout the years of you owning it - George's shop is the place to go. He's super helpful, honest, and always tries to save you money where he can without sacrificing the quality of his work or mopeds. I've seen some of the reviews complain about not being able to get in right away to fix their moped issues but honestly, I'd be weary of the ones that could take you in the same day. An honest quality place will always have business and that's Motosource for you. Just give him a call when you have issues, he's super flexible and will work with your schedule. You might have to just wait a couple days is all. Personally, I bought a new SMC JOC 50 from George over 2 years ago and it still rides like new. Anytime I've had issues or tune ups, I have always felt that I was being charged a fair price or better.

Just a shout out for the awesome customer service to person just for the sake of helping out. It's seriously rare. Thanks George.

I thought I really liked this place. I took my scooter in after getting some bad advise and they…read morewere able to clarify things for me. I called them again when my moped died during a doordash delivery, the next day they came out and was able to get it running again, although the repair guy was very vague about what the actual issue was. A few days later my moped died, again. I shot them a text and it took 2 days for a reply. I decided to take off the seat to see if I could see anything wrong and found two hand tools inside. I messaged again because I needed someone to come look at my moped since that's my means of making a living and it took again a few days for a reply, so I asked for the managers number so I could speak directly with someone who might take it a little more seriously, I was told my message had been passed on and he would get back to me. A week and a half later, I'm still waiting. First impressions can be wrong and I'll definitely be finding somewhere else to take my moped.

Last Sunday, I had just sold my car and borrowed my dad's truck to drive to work. On the way there,…read morethe truck, for whatever reason, wouldn't start to save my life. I called 2 different tow companies with no avail. Not even a call back from either. I then requested a quote from Transport Oahu Towing, here on Yelp. Owner Gabriel replied to my message within 5 minutes. We exchanged a few texts and we were on our way. He was quick and on time, which I find very comforting. He explained to me that only Sunday's, he would be able to make such a towing trip, considering weekday traffic and business opportunities in town. The price from Pearl City to Waialua (about 25 miles) was a lot cheaper than other competitor companies that would charge twice of what I paid. Gabriel takes pride and is every bit of passionate about his business. He's down to earth and easy to talk to, which is very helpful in a stressful situation. I support his business and what he stands for. Highly recommended as I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again if need be. Thanks Gabriel! Keep on doing what you do. I hope the person reading this review finds it helpful. Aloha.

This review is about a 2-minute read but WORTH reading if you're an avid Motorcycle rider/owner. I…read morehave lived on this Island for 11.5 years and I love riding my GSX-R1000 K4. The one and only thing I never use to look forward to here on this island, is getting my bikes serviced or repaired as most shops take way too long to even look at your bike let alone repair or service it. Not such a big deal anymore, since I have found Mobile Moto Mechanics and William. I found them searching Google of course. The first two that show up is Cycle City or Montgomery Sports. XXX on both of those places as they take way too long to even look at your bike let alone service or repair it. We are talking about weeks and sometimes months. Anyway, the third recommendation was for "Mobile Motorcycle Repair from Mobile Moto Mechanics." I checked their reviews and was sold on the idea of someone coming to me considering the alternatives. Exactly like their add states, you simply text them and a response will be forthright. I needed to have a new/used bike I recently bought inspected; fluids changed, a tune-up and some other things. William responded to my text fast and asked me what I needed, and he immediately stated they could do it all. I only had to wait 4 days for him to get to me. When he showed he got right to work and was very assertive and fast AND SUPER polite, respectful and professional. We discussed some other things I wanted to get done to my bike and he took care of everything. William did the things that were slated for that day, and he also ordered the parts that I requested and as soon as they arrive, William will let me know. William's service both personally and professionally were better than any shop I have been to on this island. Smarter, faster and most efficient. William's knowledge and experience sets him aside from the general pop. Absolutely zero upsell from William and his prices are competitive and worth it. Honest Abe!!!! In my opinion, Mobile Moto Mechanics is the BEST for all your motorcycle needs. Simply text William.
