We bought a Vespa 300 in 2020 & AJ HURGO was our salesman. We just got a new Piaggio MP3 and we worked with AJ & once again & he did a great job for us. DO NOT buy a Seadoo from Cycle City Hawaii. Been nothing but problems with this company. My brand new 2025 Seadoo with only 14 hours on it has been there for going on 90 days now and they can't fix it. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS.. I bought a brand new 2025 Seadoo Fishpro Trophy from these guys in April, recieved it in July. First day out on the ocean, i got stranded a mile out from shore because the engine wouldn't turn over. Fortunately i was carrying a ResQlink and called the coast guard. Took 45 minutes for them to get me as i sat under the sun in the very rough ocean. Then took an hour and a half to get back to the harbor towing the dead Seadoo. Turned out the 2nd battery wasn't attached by the mechanic and something was wrong with the recharging system. They did help by giving me a new larger aftermarket battery but the Seadoo still wouldn't hold a charge for more than 2 hours. I got a trickle charger/maintainer and charged it for days at a time to full charge and it still would alarm at me that its low voltage about 2 hours into using it. On top of that the cheap wheeljack on the trailer they provided became rusted and unusable after 3 months of use, even though salt away and white lithium grease was applied after every use. Finally figured that i shouldn't be having to deal with this or even need to trouble shoot this myself when i paid over $30k for this. Called them and shipped it back to them October 15th 2025. It's now January 9th 2026, about 90 days later and they still haven't fixed it. I've told them i want my money back and they're refusing. Their service department is a absolute joke along with BRP. They say they only have one mechanic and that one mechanic with BRP can't figure out what is wrong with the brand new Seadoo i just bought months ago new for over $30000 DO NOT BUY FROM CYCLE CITY HAWAII!! Save yourself! I wish i never did and i could get my money and time back from this nightmare read more

A couple of times I've made inquiries about bikes & often never got what I asked for, until "Rick" replied. I tried ordering a bike before from a different guy & the order fell through because I was unaware at the time that the bike I ordered was not approved to be shipped to the US due to emissions requirements rendering that model Non US available. It took about 5 months to learn this from a different employee. That model came in 3 color variations. My instructions were, if you can't get this Black one order the Red One. That didn't happen! I then debated travel to the Mainland to purchase & ship. That was a bit too much so I kept looking. I came across what I wasn't really looking for but then it grew on me! Do not recommend this place to anyone. About 2 months ago I got quoted for new tires and breaks. Everyone I knew told me to go to another shop when they heard the price (red flag #1). I had to pay a down payment on the breaks since they werent in stock, and left with no appointment or any idea on when the breaks would be in. 1 month later I get a call, they were looking through their paperwork and realized they never ordered my breaks (red flag #2), but they would order them now. Another month passes and I had to call them to set an appointment becuase my tires are dam near bald at this point. Wasn't able to make the first appointment, they never tried to call me and I had to call in 4 times to finally get a second appointment set (red flag #3). Dropped off my bike shortly after 9 AM, I am told it will take until the afternoon. They tell me that some after market breaks may fit my motorcycle, I asked to be called if they were going to do that or if there were any issues found on my bike. 3 PM rolls around and I call to see whats going on, they will be done soon and I should come in about 4-430, and that they didn't realize I had 2 break discs on my front tire (red flag #3). They tell me they found an aftermarket break pad that fit my bike and installed them, though they never called me (red flag #4). I am given a list of issues the tech found and I ride away. So heres a list of issues I found on my way home, understand I do a bit of maintenance on my bike and ensure everything that is moveable is tight. 1 - My right mirror arm is loose and pulled in, wasnt that way when i dropped it off (red flag #5, but easy fix). 2 - My mirrors are in completely random directions, whoever worked on it bumped it and didn't care (red flag #6, but really easy to fix). 3 - My clutch and front break have a variable switch on them to adjust the breaking and friction zone, they were dialed out so far that i realized my clutch wasn't fully engaged when the lever was fully released, once again they didn't reset this before returning it to me (red flag #7, but the easyest fix of all that could be done on the road). 4 - Felt some weird issues when riding so I checked my chain tension when I got home, its about double the allowable sway, which means its really loose. I checked this the day before i brought it in, was just inside of the max looseness spec so i knew i would need to tighten it soon. Kinda figured they would when they put my back tire back on, but i guess that was expecting too much. (red flag #8, not an easy fix, anywhere from 30 min to 2 hours of work for me) I get home and check that list of issues that I also never got a call about like i asked (red flag #9) 1 - side stand and switch are broken or bent. (neither are broken, the switch arm is bent and I disengaged it because it was killing the bike, but this is a real issue so i wont red flag them trying to say that the stand was messed up too when it isn't) 2 - Tail section loose (old owner installed an aftermarket break light. bought the wrong one, and installed it in a way it would fit. so once again, real issue). 3 - too many things to list that are bent, broken, corroded or missing. (uhh red flag #10, can someone point them out to me because im not seeing it) 4 - Calipers need a rebuild and rotors and master cyls are all worn out. (wouldn't suprise me, ill call that real) When a business gets 4 or 5 red flags across a number of visits or services I write them off. When a business gets 10 red flags in my book for one servicing i wonder how they are still in business. ill say it again, DO NOT GO HERE. read more

These guys are thieves in the Repair department. I took it in to get a petcock replaced $80 part by the time I finally escaped they cleaned me out for $1000. They broke the float inside the tank and said it was broken when it arrived, which was not true they even gave it back to me with no gas in it. Don't ever have your bike work done here. I tried getting a hold of the owner. Emailed him four times he never responded. Some rich kid whose dad owns the Ferrari and Maserati dealerships. Horrible operation. read more
