Bought a Revi Cheetah from the shop, no problems yet. - Got…read moreinto an accident, took bike back, bent forks and a bent axel. - Insurance paid me $1,050 which I paid him for repairs. - I got upgraded forks and ok'd the repairs. - He DIDN'T repair the bent axel and instead told me I needed a whole new assembly. $1,050 got me upgraded shocks ($480) and "labor". $1,050 and that got me new shocks put on and fenders held on by ZIP TIES. - Went to an actual repair shop (McCully Bike, Sporting and Repair, highly recommended) and in 15 seconds he identified the bent axel and gave me a quote that sure as hell wasn't the price of a new assembly. So I damaged my rear carbon fiber Reserve wheel. I called up reserve to see about a warranty…read morereplacement. I took a photo and they sent out a replacement but it needed to be built using my old hub. So they had me go to a local Cervelo dealer with a claim number that would bill them for the labor. I sent Boca a note and the owner got back to me quickly saying that he had two great in house wheel builders. Perfect. So I went to drop off my wheel on a Saturday. The guy at the counter seemed confused because I was doing warranty work on a wheel not purchased at Boca. So I explained to him Reserve is a Cervelo brand. And Reserve gave me a claim number they could input in their computer to have the labor paid for since I supplied all the parts. He still seemed a bit uncertain but he took the wheels (new and damaged). I filled out a slip but didn't receive a receipt, which made me a little uneasy since this was my first time in the store. He said 2-4 days. Not hearing from Boca, I called the following Friday. The guy who answered had no idea what I was talking about and just said it would be another couple of days. So I'm legit worried now. I emailed Boca again just to ensure I did everything right (no response this time). But I get a call back later that day from Boca--I guess the guy went into the back to look for my wheel or whatever--and he's like they're just waiting on Cervelo to give them the ok to do the claim so that their builder gets paid. I was like Reserve gave me a claim number and I wrote it on the slip I had to fill out (and in my email). The next Tuesday/Wednesday, I receive a call from Boca saying the wheel was ready for pickup. So a week and a half versus the 2-4 days I was originally promised. I'm sure the delay had everything to do with the whole claim system or whatever for the labor cost. But I'm out riding again. The wheel feels great so far. I have zero complaints. I think the builder did a great job and I'm glad they were able to sort out whatever they needed to so I could get back on the road. If I was in the market for a Cervelo, I'd definitely give Boca my business. Mostly pleasant experience. But I would have preferred to get some sort of receipt when I dropped off my wheels initially.

Zero callbacks or updates on my repairs and parts that I'm waiting on. Not these guys! OMG! I brought my bike in with a part to install. I had to order the part myself because the other shop never called me to let me know that it was back ordered until September and I had a look somewhere else. I found that out by calling the manufacturer myself. I dropped this off and they told me it would take 72 hours to repair and they called me back in 24 hours and said it was done! Excellent service and excellent customer service. Skip the other bike shop that may have a big name and multiple locations. This is where customer service lives!
