I was craving something high protein to sustain me headed back north on a four hour drive. So I gravitated towards a savory crepe called 'I Don't Give A Crepe!' which had pork sausage links, crispy hashbrowns, yolky egg, and cheddar cheese. I opted to omit the bacon. They are open daily from 9am to 7pm. It was advantageous to show up shortly after opening, because a large group showed up after us. There are some seating nearby, as well as, some picnic tables by Veteran's Field. The two young women were fairly welcoming and definitely know how to put together substantial crepes in securely wrapped containers. There is no scrimping here with the ingredients and the delicate crepes had nice crispy edges. Each bite was satisfying, but definitely have some napkins on hand. We thoroughly savored these with the remainder of cold milk we had on hand. Definitely one of the memorable meals experienced on the Long Beach Peninsula! Highly recommended!
