Brie & Fig and Wisconsin Cheddar starters

It's been many years since I've dined at MP, and boy, did I reminisce. I love the new additions to cooking options. We were a party of 4, so we had the option of 2 different pots for each course. We started with the cheddar and the fig/brie. The fig/brie option was divine. Everyone's favorite. We also love the California salad, and the "select your own" entree. I chose Ahi tuna, duck, and filet. We had the Mojo broth in one pot, and used the new grill option on the other burner. The perfect choices! We had the crème brûlée and snorted pots for dessert. Service was excellent. And we had the most wonderful time.

We were visiting one of the local casino resorts and the Maricopa area and we used to have melting pots down in Tucson so we decided to go to the one in Phoenix. We were happy to see that we were getting Priscilla because I had seen her name mentioned on Yelp when I was looking for directions. Her service was just as good as the reviews that I had read. We did the four course meal with the salads that cheese, fondue the meats and a chocolate fondue at the end. It's amazing just how you get filled up eating not smaller portions but little bit longer in between each meal than when it's all brought to you one after the other. The experience in the food was just as good as remember it back down in Tucson and thank you once again Priscilla for the great service.

10/10! My husband & I haven't been here in years & it was just as good as we remember! Priscilla & Ali were great & the food was amazing! We got the fiesta cheese and the s'mores chocolate for dessert. The fiesta cheese was spicy, rich & delish! The chocolate was creamy, dreamy & amazing!

I came here with my mom for her birthday and had a gift certificate from work. We had never been to a hot pot place, let alone the Melting Pot! Priscilla was so kind, and gracious enough to answer our many questions and make some recommendations as well. She took very good care of us and we are so grateful to have been able to celebrate here tonight!

Just wanted to say we had a lovely anniversary celebration again this year and their manager Ali set up our table wonderfully. Our server Priscilla was wonderfully attentive and it turns out we had her as our server last year as well. Overall, after several visits to this location we always have a wonderful experience! Thank you!

We come here every year for our anniversary and the staff and service are always great! They bring extra dippers sauces whatever you need. My favorite item is definitely the Caeser Salad with the candied pine nuts. The ambiance is a little dated to be honest but it matches what all other locations look like. High recommend for a date night or a family meal. It's entertaining and delicious.

This is a "must do" place to go for a unique experience. It's classy but not stuffy. The wait staff were ALL upbeat, friendly, attentive and helpful. The food could not have been fresher! From beginning to end, this was a full on special way to celebrate our special day. Plan to stay and enjoy a 4 course meal! Rose petals, rose bouquet, private table with curtain for added romance. It's a 5-star experience

We are still here and couldn't wait to leave this review. The food was great however it was the service by Andaysha that made it truly special. We come here twice a year, once for end of school, and once for a birthday, and it's this service (and the chocolate fondue!) that keeps us coming back. Great job everyone!

We had a wonderful experience tonight! Ali met us with a smile and Priscilla provided stellar service! Food was great! We come here for our special events and tonight did not disappoint!

So, when Hotpot presented on my Yelp "must eat if you're in the area" I was a bit skeptical. Well, i was wrong. This was an amazing culinary experience. We went during lunch prices which was great because $21/person in our house is a luxury. Our waitress (who was actually the owner) explained that I could order a vegetarian broth then season how I like. She then helped us choose two different flavors for the broth. We then chose our "add ins". There was a bar of fresh vegetables, noodles (with separate tongs) and sauces. Here's where we had to strategize. My husband is not GF. So, he wanted to try the wheat based noodles. That meant he had his broth and I had mine. Though I would have liked to experiment more, that worked out perfectly because I was absolutely in love with the spicy lemongrass. My veggies were delicious with a variety including 3 different mushrooms and squash. Now the downside. Salt. This had to have been one of the saltiest dishes Ive ever eaten. If you are sensitive please be aware. But truly, Don't let This little restaurant in a little shopping center fool you. We went there this week with two friends at the VIP dinner experience, and we really enjoyed it. We were well taken care of from the moment we arrived to the time we stumbled out after that food hangover! If you've never been, it's worth checking it out. You get options involving many items to dip in melted cheese, as well as various meats and vegetables to dip in hot broth options. Then, after that's over, it is time for dessert items dipped in hot molten chocolate. No one at our table drinks alcohol, but I enjoyed a couple of mocktails that were delicious. Hats off to Alex and Lee, who took care of us that night. This is not something you want to do on a regular basis, but it is definitely a wonderful splurge type of meal experience.

The Melting Pot is an intimate dining experience which is reminiscent of hot pot. For those new to…read morethis like myself, you basically get a pot that sits in the middle of your table that is constantly heated. The 3 types of pots are cheese, soup, and chocolate. You choose the type of cheese you want and then they put it in a pot for it to melt hence the name of their establishment. Each type of pot will come with dipping options. For instance, my cheese pot came with vegetables, bread, and nacho chips. For the soup, you choose one of their bases and then it will come with various options from beef, seafood, vegetables, and chicken. And lastly, the chocolate pot will come with fruits, and various snacks. My personal biggest issue is that a large majority of the dipping options are either average or below average quality. Basically, they just feel like things you would buy at an Albertsons. The best parts of this whole endeavor were the cheese and the chocolate. This is one of those places that really suffers from a plethora of choices but almost all of those choices are not of high quality especially when this whole thing cost me around $65. If you've never tried hot pot, I think this might be worth trying just for the novelty since most other hot pot places are just soup dishes and here you at least get cheese and chocolate but one can argue you can get great nachos and chocolate somewhere else. And finally, service was quite amiable but inattentive.

My wife ordered the Cedar Plank Salmon and a Caesar salad, plus wine while I got the 22 ounce Ribeye and a side of Poblano and PepperJack Grits, plus an iced tea. It all came to $137.11 plus tip. Our salad arrived in 8 minutes and our dinner 10 mins later. The salad was outstanding. Plenty of romaine, dressed with the right amount of dressing, 3-4 croutons and a mound of shaved Parmesan cheese. The salmon was really good, served with sautéed green beans and soy butter. My steak was cooked perfectly. It was seasoned well and the grits were incredible. They were creamy, with pronounced poblano and Jack cheese. It was the perfect accompaniment. When she brought out our ice cream, I thought "oh, how simple" but the moment you take a bite of that ice cream, the flavor is far from simple. It's my second visit here, and we were greeted by a very sweet and personable waitress! I ordered…read morethe seasonal burger. It had an egg and crispy rice and scallions. They also add mushroom gravy (drools). The crispy rice added a fun and umami crunch which I looooooved and the gravy was a bit messy but worth every bite. Fantastic combo!! For my side, I ordered fried okras - amazingly done! On a Tuesday, it was a very casual ambiance, plenty of AC and great vibes. Great for any occasion!

I had such a great time at Windsor with -- shoutout to our server Kyle!! We were all satisfied with…read moreour orders (my Banh Mi was so good, and my friends kept raving over the ranch LOL). The only dish that didn't quite meet our expectations was the corn bread, but when we told the server he was so kind about it and we were able to exchange it for a different side. The overall service was great! I made a reservation for 4 on a Saturday afternoon and got seated right away. Kyle checked up on us frequently and our food came out pretty quick too! Also, at the bar area there was a TV that played the world cup game, and afterwards baseball. I think this can be a nice lowkey place to watch a game since the vibe was chill. Keep in mind the everyday happy hour is only for the cocktails: the cocktails are $6 and we all enjoyed ours. I got a No. 22 and really liked it. If you don't drink, you can also make the cocktails to mocktails too. Before coming here, I had once been to the next door ice cream place Churn before, but this was my first time coming to Windsor, and I didn't even realize they served the Churn ice cream too for desert! My friends and I shared a triple scoop of double chocolate, sweet cream, and cookies & mint in a cup. It was a good amount of ice cream for the 4 of us, not too sweet either. This place is also advertised as dog-friendly online, which I assume was meant for the outdoor patio seating (the patio looked cute, it had misters and was covered). Overall, great place!! So glad I came here :)
