I was there to try the food goods created by the smoker and whoever does this delicious array of foods. There were many options to choose from in their heated display case. Burgers, breakfast burritos, brisket sandwiches, ribs... I think there were a couple more options, but I couldn't decide on one. So I went with some smoked pork ribs and a brisket sandwich. It was $28 & change. It felt a little on the expensive side for 4 ribs and a sandwich. However... it was damn delicious!! When I got home, I did add a little salt, pepper, & mayo in the brisket sandwich... and then for me, it was fire! The smoked pork ribs were soooo goooood with the dry rub that was on them. Tender and juicy ribs... mmmm! I'm not sure if sauced ones were available, but I really liked these the way they were.
