I had the Vegan Joe scramble which consisted of beyond burger, mushrooms, spinackh and Daiya cheese. I had it with potatoes and toast, which came with vegan butter. The dish was 2 thumbs up. Cannot say enough about what a gem this cafe is. Upscale menu with something for anyones culinary likes. We had the Monte Cristo, which was superb, right down to the drizzle of rasberry sauce. The Hillbilly with deep-fried bacon (a fried chicken coating that sang "try me") was fabulous. Then "The Mess" was topped off with beautiful 1/2 Avocado, and that was so delish. Stopped here on the way home from Lake Tahoe. Ordered club sandwich and BLAT and my kids ordered French toast and chocolate chip pancakes. Food was so delicious.
