This is a hidden gem in Commerce. My family and I enjoy the food from this place SO MUCH! We order for pretty much every and any birthday we have aside from popping in at least once a month! I came across this place with my husband, we love their combo plate, this is more than enough for at least three people. We always share this plate and have to take home for later. Their cucumber yogurt is so yummy! We have tried their fries which are topped with cucumber yogurt, just delicious overall. I have also had their feta salad and I would definitely recommend it, the dressing so so delicious different from anything I have ever tried. The place was easy to find on Atlantic blvd north at 710 fwy in Industrial part of Vernon across from yoshinoya. The menu has pits wraps, plates, appetizers, and side items. The cashier suggest we try combo w/chicken, ground beef, steak w/ rice, 2 pita pieces, and tasty veggie salad $18 something. The food finally arrived and everything was flavourful and seasoned well. The veggie salad and rice taste good too. The cashier and owner are nice. Plenty of parking. FYI, check- in on yelp and write a good review to get a free drink. It had thinly sliced/shaved beef, cucumbers, tomatoes, picked, lettuce, cilantro and taziki sauce. It was delicious and the perfect size. Not too large but enough for a hungry girl like me BANG FOR UR BUCK: not bad for what you get. It was delicious and was about 8.75. That's basically the average price of what you pay for any lunch type meal these days. SERVICE/WAIT: very great service! I got a free bottle of water while I was waiting from the owner or something. I found this place two weeks ago and I've been back four times. My main goal was some good rice and shirazi salad. The photos others have posted of those two items looked promising so I tried it. It was delicious. My first visit I ordered the steak kabob plate with a side of hummus and extra shirazi salad. Delicious. I went for the chicken the second time around, and it was also tasty. My partner and i went here once for lunch about a month ago. I got salmon plate, he got beef skewer plate. I loved mine, and after he had his, he told me this would be our go to place from now on. And yesterday, we got catering from them for 15 people. The delivery guy was super sweet. Everything was cooked in perfection. Beef and chicken were both super juicy and delicious. It tasted just like freshly cooked, even with that amount of meat, it didn't lack of any attention. And this time i still have the same feeling for their greek salad. Definitely a hidden gem in the area ! Everything I've ever ordered has been above and beyond. Fairly quick service. Food tastes great and fresh . The price in my opinion is a little high but I do not mind it one bit so long as the food continues to come out amazing. Only thing I've had here that I wasn't crazy about was the tabbouleh salad , 90 % of it was largely diced tomato , when I've had this at other restaurants it had more fresh herbs and the tomato was finely diced. Great spot for kabobs! My daughter enjoyed her juicy chicken kabobs and I enjoyed the flavorful steak kabobs. The rice was hot and fluffy. Hummus and pita triangles as appetizers were generously portioned and very tasty. I stopped by for lunch and even though the restaurant was busy, the counter person taking the orders was very nice. This is my FAVORITE Greek restaurant It is hands down the best I've had in the Los Angeles area. The baklava alone is to die for. The staff was friendly and the place was clean, which were bonuses. However, the food itself was not good at all. The gyro meat looked and had a consistency of something I had never seen before. I decided to get a Caesar salad over a greek salad because it was the SAFE choice over greek salad... safe why? Ordered the falafel plate, but the falafel was cold, overcooked, and just too hard. It was dark-colored, almost unbearable to eat. At the price of $14, it's expected to be fresh. The plate also didn't come with any sides or options like hummus or baba ganoush. There was a lot of rice, but the meal was not worth eating.
