I texted to confirm at 12:45pm if we were still set for 1pm, no response. Around 1:30 I ultimately had to text him and say I went with someone else. He responded an hour and a half later apologizing. While I do not doubt his knowledge and expertise I do believe some improvements could be made with scheduling and customer interactions I do wish the best for this company and hope they improve with others!
