He analyzed the front and back rotors and informed me the front rotors didn't need to be replaced but the back ones definitely needed it. My husband and I have been customers of Juke with our two vehicles for typical maintenance and…read morethey've always been reliable, so when my brakes suddenly went out on my Jeep, I went to Juke for help. It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. It feels like the business is running on yesterday's good reviews while trying to figure out how to recreate the magic. The vibe has shifted from "we know BMWs and we'll take care of you" to "let's see what happens and hope nobody asks too many questions." When you're dealing with a car trust is everything. The reputation and the reality don't match anymore. Besides that, they do not cost any less than the dealership who is more likely to get the issue right the first time and provide you with a loaner car.
