VERY dishonest people! I got an oil change here just a couple of months ago, and this week my SUV started making a grinding noise and the oil light came on. I was 500 miles BELOW the level that was on my sticker indicating it was time for an oil change, and one MONTH before the date. Like a fool, I went back to the same place, thinking they could tell me what happened. They told me nothing was wrong and that maybe my vehicle just uses oil faster because it's older. When I got suspicious is when they said they could just top off the oil, but they'd had to charge me for it. Ah! Now I get it! They didn't fully fill the oil last time, which is why I was in need of additional oil WAY earlier than should have been necessary. In addition to this, the wait was over an hour...in the middle of the day...on a weekday. The only reason people are paying premium prices here is for FAST service. If it's not going to be fast, then what is the point? read more

First time visiting this place, and I was very impressed. The staff was professional and got me in and out efficiently. They didn't try to pressure me into unnecessary add-ons, which I really appreciate. They did the oil change while I waited in my car (first for me). The overall service felt honest and thorough. This is definitely my new go-to spot for an oil change! read more

I always feel so taken care of when I come in. The staff always greet me with a smile, are super informative, and make sure I know exactly what I need and what was done. Joel, Aiden, and Amonte went above and beyond by checking my engine light with the reader, changing my oil, and even offering water bottles while I waited. Such a great experience every time. read more

I've been going here since they have been open and I've always had a good experience! They have been super helpful with answering my questions and are polite. I have also never had to wait longer than 15 minutes before pulling my car through. They usually have all 3 lanes open. If you go online there is a coupon to save $5 on your oil change. I use it each time I go! read more

Amazing service! Josh went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready to go for a trip I'm taking. He went the extra mile to ensure my safety and comfort. The other guys working were all respectful, courteous and helpful as well. Service was quick and I will be bringing my car here for all future services! read more

Great service! I came in last minute on a Sunday morning and it was the fastest ever! I will be back for my next service.

They forgot to reassemble my skid plate underneath my Subaru after my last oil change. Found it dragging on the ground and had another garage put some zip ties on it. I came by to show them what was wrong and they just shrugged it off. I made them reattach the skid plate with proper OEM grommets. Told them to put it back together the way they found it. Everyone was super polite. But polite don't fix sloppy work. Work that can strand you with a blown engine on the side of the road. Thank god I caught this one in time. Valvoline. Get your act together! read more

Wow what great hospitality and professionalism. I came in for the first time at Valvoline just needing an oil change. I was so worried about what my vehicle needed. One of the gentlemen Wyatt reassured me everything was fine. Turns out I only needed my oil changed and found out my car had a Killswitch. Not only did this team provide quality service to my vehicle, but they also went above the standards of customer service. That experience was outstanding. read more

Went in for a simple oil change,it was my first and last time here. They couldn't take my oil filter off 4 different guys tried and ended up stripping the bolt, they left it like that and gave me the oil filter to change on my own! If I wanted to do it myself I wouldn't have came and paid almost $100. Bunch of young uneducated kids working here save your money and time. read more

About 2 to 3 weeks ago I was passing through Kyle and had looked up a place to get my oil changed before choosing this particular shop. First, this is the best and most professional Oil change experience I have ever had. This is a well ran business with every single employee in sync with each other. They do call offs on each thing they do with each vehicle. They are friendly and thorough! Way to go to this team... So incredibly good. It's going to be hard having to go to somewhere near my house now. I will try to find a Valvoline near me and hope they can compare. If you have a District Manager they should buy you are a nice lunch because you all deserve it. The value you was also spot on. The price was right! read more

See the invoice for the terrible service provided by Isiah and team. Refilled half the engine oil damaged the transmission oil stick never refilled the windshield washer fluid and engine reset light was never reset read more

Valvoline Instant Oil Change - Valvoline Instant Oil Change - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Kyle, Texas

The best oil change experience I've ever had. I'm 58. These guys are friendly, competent, professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Staff is good people, I was not pressured to buy anything despite my receipt having Valvoline recommendations on it, one thing that did bother me was their computer gave me a recommended next oil change date 3 months from today, or only 3K miles. This is a really short interval as I am running full synthetic and my vehicle manufacturer recommends once a year. Aside from the interval being short, tech's did a multi-point inspection checking break fluid, radiator fluid, battery health, tire pressure, etc. After the oil was changed, he showed me the dipstick so I could see it was filled to the correct level and I was also shown my engine air filter instead of just being told i needed a new one. I called before I arrived to make sure they had my oil in stock and also got a $25 off coupon making my oil change only $86 after tax, which is of course great value since my manufacturer recommends once a year changes. After I left, I downloaded the Valvoline app and make an account, from there I am always getting coupons for the next time I need some service. read more

This place is awesome. I took my car to get the oil changed before I sell it. I had tons of questions about various maintenance items and Devion was able to walk me through every one -- he immediately inspired my trust. So many of these stand alone places try and shake you down for any and every thing they can sell you. Not this one. They seem honest and trustworthy and genuinely happy to help you with anything you need. One of the things I wanted done was changing the rear differential fluid. If Devion hadn't offered me a $30 coupon for that service I would never have known about it and paid full price. But he made sure I got the discount. Need I say more? These folks have your back. read more

Cannot recommend this place enough!! All the staff are super nice and always take care of my vehicle.

You have to recognize good service when you see it. I stopped in today and a gentleman Justin assisted me today. His service was excellent. Not only was he patient, he was efficient and ensured he was producing quality service. I work as an executive leader in a customer service environment and his service went above and beyond. He even gave some positive coaching in the moment with his crew members which showed the leader he is and has passion around his quality of work. I wanted to ensure he was recognized. Thank you Justin! I will be back. read more

It's hard to find good customer service when it comes to auto services but the people here were GREAT! I was greeted right away and when it was my turn, the tech I had, Devion was extremely professional and really nice (even on a Monday). Everyone worked as a team and made sure the cars in each bay were being attended to, and the work was done efficiently. The "worst" part was the overall wait, but I will definitely go back because of the positive experience I went away with. read more
