I just used Franco Mobile Service for the first time and was completely satisfied and impressed with my entire experience! I normally hate dealing with car issues but Michael made the whole process seamless. He is very professional, knowledgeable and great at customer service! My check engine light was on and I needed to replace my spark plugs and ignition coils. They were able to schedule me quickly, were excellent at communication and have fair, reasonable prices. I got in my car one night and realized that it could barely leave the parking garage . It was a Friday evening so of course all the places that I called were closed or closing. Franco was extremely friendly and helpful throughout this whole process! He was one of the only mobile mechanics that went out of his way to help. He arrived at the scene and tried to give it a diagnostic but it needed to be taken into the shop. He waited for me to call my insurance company to tow it to his garage. I've used Franco Mobile Service twice now and I gotta say, this guy is awesome! I've found my mechanic for life! My car suddenly wouldn't start this weekend and I called on Sunday to schedule an appt. Mike was at my house on Monday morning exactly when he said he would be. He tested my battery, alternator and starter and was able to quickly diagnose the problem He is honest and thorough. I was having some battery issues with my car trapped in my garage unable to start. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Mike and this company! He went above and beyond to help us with a problem way too big for us to handle! Mike gave us his word that he wouldn't quit until the job was done, and he stood by his word. The starter went out in our f150 and the original owner had put "lock tight " on it's bolts. Mike was able remove that starter and replace it. Trust me when I say, it was a huge task! A task that would have caused most guys to throw in the towel. Found Mike on Yelp because my brake sensor has been on and my inspection is coming up. Thought I'd be paying an arm and leg for bad brakes but Mike was honest with me and inspected everything - just a faulty sensor!! Yay! He changed my oil on spot. So I'm pulling out our motorhome to pack for a cross country trip to a family affair and the first time I went to stop the brake line fails. There I was stuck in our driveway with no brakes and a trip two days away. It was 6pm and I check out yelp and based on his outstanding reviews I cross my fingers and give Michael a call that he answers. After a brief conversation we are both confident he can and will do the job. The next morning on his way to another job he stopped by to check it out and order the correct part. The next morning he arrives with a new brake line which he installed and bled. I also had him do a last minute oil change. Because of his excellent service and response time we were able to make it to our affair on time. Not to mention he charged about half what a shop would have billed.
