If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. I dropped off a trailer to get the bearings…read morereplaced and repacked. I was charged for a full service. One week later my hub completely failed when going over a mountain pass. We were very lucky nobody was seriously injured or worse. The hub and axle were completely destroyed, costing more than $3k in repairs. When I called to ask what size bearings were installed, they admitted that they only squirted grease in the fitting. They charged nearly $140 for squirting grease into the fitting. What a joke. I called the shop and the manager complained that I was being mean because I was angry. He wanted to argue everything I said and wouldn't listen. Steer clear of this crooked shop.

I took my old parts with me and got them all new. Once I got the new parts I txted Clayton and he put me on his schedule to come back to get my trailer going again.
