Hands-down, this place really is just awesome. They serve great custard, concretes, and all of it at a fairly reasonable price. Sometimes you don't want the massive, super crazy concoction. I'm a custard mix with sprinkles kinda guy. This place delivers on high-quality and simple I will say though, custard has a tendency to melt faster than ice cream so if it's warm outside, I'd recommend a cone ;) Food Taste: 5 Overall Service: 4 Value of service to cost: 5 Facility: 4 Ambiance: Outdoor venue that is a pop-in and bounce out type of place. My husband is currently deployed and today I had to tell my kids that we are going to have to put our family dog down. We have been going through a lot, we were all heartbroken, so I decided to take them out for a small treat just to try to lift their spirits. Unfortunately, this is what we were met with. I wish I never even went at all. I ordered a dish of vanilla frozen custard with blue raspberry topping and gummy bears. What I received was a cone shoved face down into the dish with the gummy bears smashed underneath it. I did NOT order a cone. I was clear when ordering I wanted it just in a dish, no cone. Not the cone in a dish. When I asked for the order to be remade, the employees refused because they claimed they had repeated the order back to me and that I had ordered a cone. I called asking for a manager and ended up speaking to the same girls who made the order. I eventually went back and left my information for the owner, Rick, to call me. I also threw away the custard while I was there. Rick did call me, but instead of trying to understand why a regular customer was upset, he was immediately defensive. He told me word for word that he runs his business believing the customers aren't always right. Over a situation that meant a lot to me, it meant very little to him to even hear me out. I agree not everyone is always right but if I'm taking time to speak with you over an issue over YOUR business to correct and make you aware then have some respect to maybe think that your employees aren't in the right here. All of this over remaking roughly $5 worth of ice cream. Almost all of the reviews discuss lack of refund. They must really be struggling and rightfully so. I have been a regular customer but I WILL NOT be back. I also encourage anyone thinking about coming here to read the other one star reviews because, unfortunately, a lot of what those customers describe is exactly what I experienced. Sometimes customer service is simply about listening and showing a little kindness. They had multiple opportunities to make something so small right and chose not to. Take your business to Urban Ice, Sundae Scoop or Dairy Queen down the street instead. And here is the picture of what I was actually served. How is a 4 year old supposed to eat this? It's a mess.

Forty a warm Friday evening it was very busy at all. which was good, Gabe is time to really check out the menu without holding others up. Walking in, the decor was very minimal. I was under the impression that they had just opened. Plain white walls, little decor. They did have a couple tables to sit at in case you wanted to dine in. Wasn't very inviting, but the decor is not why we were there. After looking at the menu, asking to sample a couple flavors, nothing really wowed us. We decided to order anyway. I got a small butter pecan and my gf got a regular cookie monster and espresso with caramel. Both cups were the same size but different prices. Wasn't sure of the difference. But overall the ice cream was just okay. No wow factor. For 20+ dollars I expected something more. The cup my girlfriend got was served to her very messy. The staff was pleasant. Place was clean. I would go back in a pinch.
