Meat after meat, I kept experiencing the same exact texture. It was the same exact rubbery chew, I initially tasted. Each and every piece was the same exact flavor. There was no peak, there was no pitfall. If you cook or grill, you know this is a red flag. Normally, consistency would be a good thing, a Master craftsman type experience, but this was NOT it. As go on, I get the sinking feeling, this can't be real meat. I lock in, the deeper I dig, each piece looks the same, broken apart the same, tastes the same, just various shapes. They can call me crazy for this one - I'll stand by it. Something is not right here. I'm not even going to throw it away. I'm going to study it for the next few days and post an updated review. All three were fantastic. But I preferred the cobbler and the toffee cake the most. We didn't get the Le Petit Gateau, their chocolate cake...but we decided to get one to go! HA...it's unbelievably rich and pretty tall and big. It's topped with candied wild cheries...it's two days later and we're still eating this yummy treat. When I asked the valet attendant, he kept saying, "because you dined there," without giving any clear explanation. If it is actually a flat rate for restaurant guests, then that should be clearly stated upfront to customers. Second, when I got into my car, I noticed that someone had touched the navigation settings because the compass direction and display were different from what I normally use. I do not understand why there was any need to adjust or touch my navigation system at all. I really think the restaurant needs to improve and better manage its valet parking system. Honestly, it felt like I was being charged a random price just because I was told, "you dined there." If there is a flat valet rate for restaurant guests, that information should be clearly communicated upfront instead of leaving customers confused at the end.

As for the food, my boss ordered appetizers for the table, which were shrimp tacos, flautas, and empanadas which were all very good! My favorite were the flautas with guac. For my main dish I went with the Chilean sea bass with a side of broccolini and rice. That sea bass was phenomenal! It had a nice sweet glaze on it with a very slit crisp texture on the top. We had to order $60 per person so we thought with appetizers it could happen easy. Well when we saw the menu: charcuterie board, pita chips with hummus, pizza. Ok we ordered the board and pita. What we got was white $.99 paper plates with down cheese, nuts, apricots. Ridiculous $22 for a paper plate. The pita chips came with no hummus in a paper boat they were all crumbs. I can't believe we paid so much money to dress up, get a $260 table for paper plates with no utensils, no hummus. Ordering 2 sets of these because we didn't want to get sick from drinking on an empty stomach. I believe we ordered 4 drinks each by the nights end (cups were small too) our bill came out to $413! We asked for a receipt to which the waitress stated she couldn't get us. So the night came out to close to $650! And we were served on paper plates, no meal. It's a rip off. The show was nice but we had to be walking around to actually see it. Never doing this again!
