Mark was super transparent about their pricing and was not pushy or made us feel like there was a catch. Showed us the Costco master discount list that every dealership is supposed to show you when you come to their dealership. At the end of the day, they were the best pricing and worked with us on what we wanted and what we didnt want on the car. While it was a bit disappointing about the communication about the add-ons being ready and it did waste half a day waiting around, the overall experience was great. Also, Danyal was super helpful when Mark wasnt around minus the whole add-on delays.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Norm Reeves Honda Irvine…read more I brought my hybrid in over a week ago because of a hybrid battery failure. I was initially told the battery would be covered under warranty, which was great. I understood that repairs can take time. What I did NOT understand was how a dealership can keep someone's vehicle for over a week, find additional issues after the original repair, not offer a loaner vehicle, and then barely communicate with the customer. Honda apparently no longer offers loaner cars, so our household has been down to one vehicle. That was manageable because I'm currently on maternity leave, but I return to work in one week, and I now have no idea when I'm getting my car back. The hybrid battery has supposedly been fixed, but then another issue came up. And then another. At this point, I have been without my vehicle for over a week. I was specifically told I would receive a call with an update on Saturday. No call. I gave them the weekend because, fine, it's the weekend. But then nothing Monday. Nothing Tuesday. And today, Wednesday, my calls weren't even returned. This is completely unacceptable customer service. If you are going to keep someone's car for more than a week, discover additional problems, refuse to provide a loaner, and then not return their calls or provide updates, what exactly is the customer supposed to do? And honestly, the whole situation makes the "Helpful Honda" slogan feel like a joke. If the original repair is covered under warranty, but suddenly there are additional issues and absolutely no communication, it starts to feel like the dealership is looking for anything they can add on to the bill. I'm not saying problems can't happen. Cars break. Repairs take time. Communication is the bare minimum. If you have my car, tell me what is happening with it. If there's another problem, explain it. If you don't know when it will be finished, tell me that. But completely ignoring a customer for days after promising an update is unacceptable. I expected much better from Honda and especially from a dealership that markets itself as "Helpful Honda." Right now, I'm anything but impressed.

5 Stars - Supreme Motors in Costa Mesa - Pristine every time…read moreThey take great care of our family's two SUVs. Always perfect--the cars come back looking like they rolled off the showroom floor. That deep, mirror-finish shine you can see yourself in. They've got a clean, professional setup on Placentia Avenue near 19th Street--appointment-based, call ahead to set up initial s. Easy, no fuss. I text Ehren--he's quick to reply, we set something up, and he sends his crew. They're solid. They cover surrounding areas, even 15 miles out like me. No problem--they show up, do the work. Seats wiped, carpets vacuumed, windows clear, wheels shiny, trim polished. Everything flawless without me saying a word. And those monthly maintenance packages? Great value--keeps everything looking sharp without breaking the bank. Friendly, on time, they care. Call Ehren at Supreme Motors--your cars will look great.

Drive Your Dream!…read more After spending some time shopping around for our car my boyfriend and I came across Supreme Motors. The price of the car was in our range and what really caught my eye is how immaculate condition the car was in. (All the cars looked amazing) Seriously guys-- compared to all the other dealers we went to, this car was sparkling and ready to come home. The process to purchase the car was so smooth and we had two pups to play with while we were waiting for all the paper work to go through. Was truly an experience of ease and enjoyment. Thank you so much Ehren! (And his partner! I didn't get his name but he was great too.) We appreciate you selling this car to us and wishing you good luck and many sales! We are thinking of getting the car detailed here in the future too :) - Alexis and Shane

After a horrific experience with Nissan's forced Buyback due to recalled bad battery I will never…read moreever buy Nissan again. Toyota was the answer to this crisis. I can't express how far apart this car buying experience was when compared to other auto dealers. Even other Toyota dealerships were sub par and don't even bother finishing up the open communication. Thank you Andy V, Don R and Bahador Z. at AutoNation for making this process as stressed free as one can experience while shopped for my new car. I hope my new BZ XLE plus will be with me until I retire. My recommend to everyone who's shopping for a car is to be honest with your target budget and do your homework while comparing car deals and give Toyota AutoNation a chance to earn your business.

These guys were the only one to reach out and told me I needed to go by so they could take a look at the vehicle. We scheduled an appointment on Sunday afternoon. I rearranged my plans and met with Kirk. Super nice guy but apparently didn't have anyone on staff to do the certification. Why have me come in?!?!? He said the car looked very clean and that they want it. Can likely get close to the price I asked. Stupidly, I agreed to come back the next day. Rearrangement the schedule again. Their marketing talks about fast turn around, 15 mins , blah blah blah. I go in and they tell me it'll be over 45 minutes for them to inspect. I've sold cars to many other dealerships including private dealers and I'm in and out in less than 5 mins. We ultimately agree to a price that I'm comfortable with but not very close to my counter. They had me wait while they process paperwork only to come back to take their offer off the table. They said their sister dealership in Costa Mesa spoke with me yesterday and offered a price. And they can't offer more than that. First of all, that dealership never inspected my car. Second, why wasn't this hashed out prior to my first visit? Autonation = Autosucks. Hope this review helps someone else in the future. Go talk to Trevor at Phillips Autos. At least there is no BS there....
