Zachary smiled, asked about my vehicle, wrote up a work order, and showed me the way to the customer lounge area. The lounge area had many comfortable chairs and a few desks for those needing to work. I gravitated over to the free coffee machine and enjoyed a cup while I caught up on some emails. Fresh popcorn was popping in the machine, but it was a bit too early for me to enjoy it. While I waited, Ed (I think that was his name), introduced himself, walked about asking how we were doing, and pointed us to the popcorn. No pressure of any sort...just a friendly host. Later, Zachary came into the customer lounge with a friendly smile and informed my that my oil maintenance had been completed, however they found a nail in my back right tire during the rotation. Zachary let me know they could repair it right away, if wanted to wait a bit longer, and I agreed. Before long, I was called up to visit the cashier to checkout and pick up my vehicle.
