This place is probably the cleanest laundromat! They also have some of the best service! You can either do it yourself or for a bit more have them do it for you! They take excellent care of the clothing they launder and they do a great job of packaging and folding the laundry too! I come here when I am in the area and if I need to do my laundry. However, I wouldn't go out of my way for this place- it's just okay. Parking is always difficult in the shared lot out front. However, I always manage to call upon my parking karma and snag the last spot. The premises is always kind of tidy but not really clean. For instance, there are organized messes (which is fine but destroys some aesthetics) and there are weird stains and spots on the seats, ground and folding tables. Needing a large front load washer for my queen sized comforter, I found this place on Yelp and I was initially attracted by the bougie lettering of the front placard. Inside there was plenty of washers and dryers and there were 4 industrialized washers for me to choose from. They also have a fluff and fold service, which I hear is fantastic in it's affordability and timeliness in pick up. The industry washer thoroughly cleaned my comforter. Plus you can customize the dryer time by adding more coins which is an extra plus! This place is definitely my go to for my laundry needs! read more

I've washed my clothes at the Colorado Blvd location. The washers and dryers are in good shape. the place is clean and the staff are very helpful. What I have discovered that I really like is fluff and fold for my sport shirts and casual pants. The pull them out of the dryer quickly and hang them almost wrinkled free. 10 pounds for $17. I used to like coming to this Laundromat until We were discriminated against. I've seen the white male employee let many customers in the restroom Even recently during the new COVID regulations and I was with my son who really needed to pee and he refused to let us use the restroom. I asked him why because I've seen him let others use the restroom and he said they were employees which I know is a total lie. I used to come here weekly and know who the employees are and he was the only one working there. I told him I was gonna talk to his boss and he didn't seem to care. He just said go right ahead. It isn't fair what he did and it is very discriminating and racist. Hopefully the Boss Lady sees this and talks to him to be fair with all the customers. read more

I've used the fluff and fold service several times now and decided it was time to write a review. I absolutely love this place and the service I receive (though there is a crabby lady that works there...). Everything look great when I get it home and the facility itself is always clean and tidy (sometimes laundry mats can be a little grubby). Plus, I think the rates they charge are completely fair. Perhaps the only downside is the super dirty parking lot - but, that's out of their control (property management should maintain it better - I wouldn't eat at the food places in that little strip mall). I went to The Laundry Room last week and did ALL my laundry. The place is clean and have plenty of washers. Some of the dryers were broken or only used cool air and they were tagged with a sign. I haven't been back yet, but hopefully they'll get fixed quickly. Love the free wifi and cable tv. At one point they turned off the tv and switched to satellite radio. The two employees who were working at the time were pleasant and friendly. The fluff and fold service seems very popular and I may try that next time. The only downside is that it's a small space with limited seating and folding space. So once it gets a little crowded it's hard to navigate down the aisles and there may be a wait for a space to fold your stuff. I'll definitely be back. read more

I was delighted to see a laundry business was but a block away, but what I saw was...well, like the opening scene of a mob film. Then a notice of new ownership sent a jolt of interest. Helpful staff if you ever have a problem. Clean floors and chairs to sit on. I appreciate the immaculate bathroom which is available for use for a mere $.25. Fluff and Fold Delivery Review only. (i have never been inside of this business) A few weeks back I stood in front of my washer and dryer staring at a mountain of clothing. I was really sad that I would be spending a good chunk of my off day doing laundry. Why do we work at all if we can't enjoy the weekend? I decided I wouldnt let my laundry control my life (ha,oh the drama!). I immediatley took out my phone, sat on my pile of clothes and searched for the local Fluff and Fold. Within minutes after scanning a few different options in the area I called The Laundry Room. . The lady I spoke w/ was friendly and quickly scheduled a pick up just a few hours later. I moved my clothes to my front porch and off I went to enjoy the day. The following day my clothes arrived bagged, neatly folded and everything smelled amazing! My dresser has never been more organized! I have used the service twice now and plan to continue using them.. Having Laundry not be a factor is amazing and at $1.19/lb I wonder why the hell I didn't start doing this years ago. If you consider what you spend on detergent, water,gas, electric to run your washer and dryer this service pays for itself. Plus, TIME, my friends, is priceless. Above all, that's what this service has done for me, NOTHING beats extra time. If you dont want to pay the extra $9 bucks for pick up and delivery. Although more narrow a place than I expected in a laundry, made even more of a place that you step over baskets and detergent discarded on the floor as you step over tiny tots that run amok with no supervision from whatever adult they arrived with earlier. By 9pm the place goes from packed with people to sparse, and it is then you can get your stuff done, and have all the space you need to fold your items. The staffers are friendly and helpful, and the understated blonde beauty operating the push broom and taking out trash ought to be snatched up by an agent and be put on a TV program as its resident beauty. All in all, as a laundromat it is top notch, but go about 9pm for a better experience--unless you love the sound of screaming loud unruly tykes running roughshod up and over everything. read more

It's very clean inside. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are different size washers as expected at a coin operated laundromat. If you don't have time to wash your clothes you can leave your laundry there and the staff will wash, dry and/or fold for you depending on what you want done. I personally haven't used their services yet. There are 3 TV's, I believe, and you can watch away while you wait for your clothes or go to the video store next door. I usually eat at the Hawaiian place a couple of stores down after I put my clothes in the wash. read more

Honestly this place and the owners are great. My wife was coming here before they changed owners just because it is very close to where we live. It was run down and looked bad, also some nefarious people would hang out here at night. The new owners took over and remodeled the place, and let me say it looks GREAT!!! We actually stopped by two weeks ago to see if they were open and low behold they opened just for us (they never planned on opening that day). There was some initial headaches that day (as is with all new businesses) but we (us and the owners) got around it and they were very helpful to say the least. Now we come here twice a week, and the owners (sorry, like I said before I am bad with names) always take the time to greet us and say hey. We used to go to Pasadena Laundry every single week for two years to do our laundry, but we stopped going there for a number of reasons. 1. They raised the prices on the machines 2. All the people that worked there and that we became friends with left, and then they hired people who had no idea what was going on and how to operate things 3. Alot of the people that do laundry there are jerks and just outright rude. So I am glad this place is open again. It is very clean and inviting to everyone. read more

When I really want to feel special, I get my massages and my Korean body scrubs. Just as nice, and maybe even more subtly freeing is having my laundry done by the kind people at The Laundry Room. We dropped off our clothes on a Sunday morning before 10:30am, and they were ready the next morning a little after 8am. Be prepared for lots of different options for drying, detergent, and folding vs hanging. The space is large and clean. Coin operated laundry in the main space, and when you walk in, the fold and fluff counter is on the left side. I can't wait for my next big bag of dirty clothes to be magically turned into clean-smelling, nicely folded, gently hung laundry. I really cannot wait. I live nearby and have been coming to this place for years. I was hopeful when it was bought and remodeled and for the most part it's been redone nicely. I have one complaint. They didn't replace the single hard bench. I would think a laundromat would have better places to sit other than a hand me down hard bench seat that pretty much gets filled up with three people. So a lot of time, I end up sitting in my car. Also, I don't know what it is, but I've tried smiling and saying hello to the woman who runs it, but all I get is hard, cold and rather mean looks. It's kind of odd since she says hello to others, but I think if you aren't buying into the delivery or the fluff and fold service and you are one of those who can't afford to pay someone to do your laundry, you really aren't worth their time. read more

They have free wifi, tv's, vending machine with soap and laundry needs, soda machine, clean restroom, a fluff and fold service that accepts credit cards, a wash and run service that's 4 bucks plus drying cost but they'll text you when it's ready, need I say more?! Oh and they have a box of free magazines to keep you busy. Only down side is its not that big of a place so I'm assuming at times it gets busy but overall a great place. read more

A great, friendly, very attentive staff. First came in to do my own laundry and all machines are cheap & get the job done. Nice clean laundromat, big dryers that you can dry all your laundry in. My only complaint is that they play the music way too loud. If you're looking for a place to get a little work done or send some emails while you're waiting for your laundry, this isn't it. I even tried watching a TV show through my headphones once, but their music was so loud it didn't matter how much I turned up my phone, I couldn't drown out the noise. I was pleased with my visit! The washer I used was $2 for a load and the dryer was 25 cents for 10 minutes. One load took about 30 minutes because of my jeans. The place was very clean and parking was plentiful. My only 'complaint' was that there wasn't much space. That doesn't really count as one because since theres less space, theres a lot more machines! The best thing about using a laundromat is saving time. I can wash and dry several loads in an hour. This laundromat is always immaculate. Many machines are new. I love that they are maintained. I have used the pickup service. They come to your house and pick up your dirty laundry and bring it back the same day, clean and fresh. read more

I would like to start by saying this is the first time I dropped my laundry off to be washed for me and it was one of the best experiences of my life. I have been traveling and working a lot and did not feel the need to fight for one of the two washing machines at my apartment complex. If I could put zero stars, I would. The privileged lady who runs this place and the one on Allen is the rudest business owner I have ever met. I will not return to any of her establishments. I prefer to support fair businesses and customer first businesses. You failed in both parts and you will continue to fail if you do not learn that your customers happiness is first regardless of your own emotions. And btw at your new location, they are slow slow slow, my clothes were not folded to the standards you have set and they were static and wrinkled. Your old location was better for fluff and fold.
