Microwave at every register

Great staff. Seriously sweet helpful and kind. BUT THEY MICROWAVE your entire order box and all. If I wanted a microwave breakfast, I'll do that at home for a fraction of the price. It RUINS the dough and turns it into a rubber ball of ick. The staff is awesome. The food could be too. Ditch the nukes

Every time we are in a town with a Kolache Cafe we search it out because the kolache are soooo good I always get a cream cheese and a traditional cherry and I also like the savory ones too. I highly recommend the Kolache Cafe

Giant cinnamon bigger than my hand. I think these boxes measure 6x6 for reference

Do yourself a favor and get a cinnamon roll! I was skeptical at first because they are only $3.75 - are they really as big as advertised, how big is it really, etc. ... all doubts eradicated. This is huge! And super fluffy. Would highly recommend. As for the place, its located in a rundown plaza but the place itself was nice and clean. The girls at the front were also very nice.

I was disappointed that I arrived at 7:30 and was told there was a 30 min wait for the Italian sausage and gravy. However that means it must be that good! I ordered the smoked sausage and cheese, sausage egg and cheese, and the blueberry cheesecake. I could eat the smoked sausage and cheese all day long! It was sooo good! There was something sweet to me and just didn't taste right in the sausage egg and cheese. The blueberry one was fresh and heated up perfectly. I had seen this on Instagram so I had to try it.

This is such a fun little breakfast stop. We ordered the brisket and mashed potato and it was delicious. The pecan one was also so yummy. You can ask for it warmed up which I recommend! Some flavors do sell out so make sure you come in earlier. The inside was so cute and they have fun signs around. I will be back as the people working were also so friendly!

From top left, Brisket Potatoes, Sausage & Gravy, Chorizo. Bottom left, Maple Pecan, Bavarian Cream, Mixed Berries Cheesecake.

They were OK, but I didn't find them great. And on top of that, they were kind of small for the price. One is not going to fill you.

I'd been meaning to try this location after seeing a few of my fellow Yelper friends review this place. Just like they said, this place did not disappoint! Serving up quality diner food with friendly service, classic hits, and blast from the past decor. What We Ordered: - Steak & Eggs: Under $20?! Count me in! Seasoned well and cooked perfectly to order for both the over easy eggs and medium rare steak. Breakfast perfection! - Patty Melt: My boyfriend said it was delicious, and the small bite I tried was great. You can tell they season their burger patties. Honestly, we both left very impressed as all the food was seasoned well and cooked beautifully. Who says diner food can't be done well?! Nana Dee's has set the standard for diner food!

Delicious and plentiful food, recommended by Valerie - difficult to get out of our seats to close out and get back on the road, truth be told. I had the burrito special (ginormous and the salsa on the side with hash browns was excellent); my two colleagues had Ultimate Lumberjacks that did not disappoint. Lovely, well-kept and bright American Diner experience with vibrant decor to keep your eyes busy while you have a short wait for your food. Valerie was there every step of the way to ensure our needs were met and our questions were answered. First Class experience - thank you

SENTRY - WATCHING RESTAURANTS…read more Wild berry Diner 4805 E Main Street Mesa, AZ 85205 Companion and I often shop for groceries nearby, and decided to give it a try. I am so glad we did! We arrived for breakfast and the place was packed. Even so, we were seated within a few minutes. Menus were brought for us to peruse. For a starter we both had a large glass of cranberry juice. $3. Emphasis should be on the word large, as in most places you would get a small glass for the same price. Companion ordered the "Fresh Start", which is a big bowl of oatmeal which comes with cranberries, raisins, walnuts, brown sugar, and milk ($6). Companion was unable to finish it all. For myself, I had the Hawaiian omelet which had ham, bacon, pineapple, and mozzarella cheese. While I must admit I have never before had an omelet with these ingredients, it was delicious and big. I could not finish it all. The coffee was bottomless and the service was excellent. Unlike many other places that serve breakfast, we were made to feel truly at home, with friendly people all around. We will be going back again and again, possibly for lunch next time. This is a new favorite place to eat for us. Sanitation was good and food came out quickly. 5 stars.

Give it a try. I think you'll like it. I know it looks a little messy, but I fixed it through my eggs on top and cut it up before I realized I didn't take a picture. The empty plate would probably have been better because it was delicious.

Good food, spoiled by bad service. We have been curious…read moreabout this place ever since we stopped and talked to the person seating people while we were waiting for our reservation across the street. He mentioned a pickle martini, which I ordered at lunch and was very good. My wife ordered the welcome burger and enjoyed it except for them getting the toppings wrong. Our granddaughter really liked her mac and cheese and there was a generous serving of sliced fruit. And my Jose Burger had just enough spice and was very tasty. That what's the good. So we stopped here for lunch on a Friday about 12:30 with our 3-year-old granddaughter. Our initial server barely said two words to us and we felt like we were an imposition. When we ordered my wife asked did they have Pepsi or Coke products he said we have bottles and cans of everything, so she ordered a Coke. It was Mexican Coke which is fine, but $5, and it wasn't until we noticed other people had cans of regular Coke and realized he did not give us a choice. When we ordered our burgers, again he barely said two words and did not ask us how we wanted them cooked even though the menu says cook to order. When we got them they were very rare, see the picture, which we're okay with although we would have ordered them a little more done. My wife said no onions on hers, and of course there was onions on her berger. Later we were served by a waitress who was much more friendly and we realize was probably just not there yet when we sat down, so the initial waiter didn't really care what we thought since we weren't going to be his customers at the end. So sadly what could have been a very pleasant lunch was spoiled by the initial waiter, even though the food was good we may not be back.

But I can judge simply food or filet a trout or chicken and add a homemade beurre blanc sauce. I like simple red wine but relish a Camus anniversary bottle. We eat at hole in the walls and expensive places. But often we look at each other and choose between Dennys or VI, and are happy! Today, May 16th at VI on Signal Butte - rough start by a waitress who told both of us "I need to know your pie order. NOW." Resturant was not busy. Not at all. It was 4:15 maybe. Slow on a SUNDAY post-winter visitor rush on a late Spring day. Rushed. I pointed to my 3-6pm dinner choice of TURKEY. I showed her. "Just as it comes. She repeated it back to me as she typed in into her handheld computer. Chicken fried steak arrived. And a sausage looking oval patty shape of stuffing. Two long finger prints in it. I wondered if she picked up my loose stuffing as it's normally served here in America, or rather the chef did this to all who request it. I told my husband to look for spit in his food. My hubby? Nicest guy ever. But when he knows I didn't want and could not manage fried beef..but I had fasted 21 hours. I needed sliced fresh high protein meat. Wait another 15 min or eat the mess on my plate? I told her I'd eat it. Truly don't like complaining let alone confrontation with a Russian native with a sharp attitude because of a rough life. My nephew is from there so I GET the trauma. and I though I know I can usually switch my palate. But not for this plate of food. I felt sick looking at it. "Just eat the 'steak' I picked the stuffing apart - could not eat more than a thimble. Gummy gluten salty yuck was inedible. The FINGERPRINTS! 2 Fingertips past knuckles imprinted. I left it and hope someone there stopped to think "Why?" Our Waitress tried to make up by suddendly being nice when she walked behind me with a second piece of pie ...to go home. Thanked me for being agreeable or something. I nodded. I remember this saying if you l oh someone's attention the first three seconds and first three steps you'll spend the next 30 min trying to make them believe you're hiring. It's true. I was too tired this week to be extremely understanding but I'm never rude. I told my hubby let's both let this one go. And I said "But we won't return here." He nodded in agreement. Because I see people come in and sit down I see how tired they are and make quick calls to be able to turn their day around if only for a short time before they return home....to being a caregiver or to grieve a loss. Sad dinner and maybe she had a tough week too. But. But times 3 over.
