Man oh man do I have mixed feelings about this place. It does give off authentic vibes; however I couldn't help but feel the food was not fresh and not good. I ordered the Spicy Calamari Kimbap, to which the workers passed me a box that had been sitting out. Whenever I went to pick up a piece with my chopsticks, the pieces would break and crumble apart from how soggy it was. Which to me, speaks to how long it had been sitting out. The kimchi that came with our meal, was so darn SALTY. It tasted like straight fish sauce and the kimchi was not fermented in the slightest. The Tteobokki was also EXTREMELY SALTY, the Spicy Pork Belly Dupap was also EXTREMELY SALTY. I was honestly gobsmacked. I thought to myself, how could the chef not realize how salty the food is? Is no one tasting the food? I stuck to the Calamari Kimpap and Dumplings since they were the only dishes that were not over done on the salt. My partner finished the rest of the food bc he felt bad and didn't want to say anything. after the meal, he and I ended up chugging my water bottle when we got back into our car. Seeing as this place was highly rated, it was definitely a let down. However, there's lots of room for improvement. If the food was less salty, it would automatically be so much better. I hope to see some changes the next time around.

The food came out quickly. The flavors were delicious (5-star)The pork belly was sliced up, so that was bite-size each order that we had of the bibimbap the Bulgogi and the pork belly was on its own separate bowl on a bed of rice. The bibimbap sauce came in a squirt bottle, which made it easy to be able to add more as you desired. The dishes came with a tiny man of kimchi. You could buy more kimchi, but wasn't something that we did. The Entrance this location doesn't face the road so you have to enter in like you're going towards the crawfish restaurant or next to the McDonald's The parking lot can be a little bit tight as it shares it with the other retail stores and the McDonald's behind it and other restaurants/ shops on the other side. The staff was friendly and smiling, although we did have an issue with the kiosk. The owner came out and was able to help us, and unfortunately, we had to go order from the person standing at the main terminal. Really enjoyed the atmosphere as they had K-pop playing in the background and also the overall vibe felt like a Korean convenience store. Would recommend and look forward to going back.

Definitely a must try. Will certainly order again. Ordered via phone for pickup. Customer service via phone was friendly and helpful. Pickup was quick, and food was ready in the timeframe quoted on the phone. The food was delicious. Flavors did not disappoint. Personally I would have like a bit more meat in the Bibimbap, but it doesn't take away from the fact that it was an enjoyable meal. Inside there are a few seated area, and it was clean. Located in a shopping complex, so parking is convenient. Looking forward to trying other options on the menu.

Walked in service was very friendly chatted a bit with us as we were waiting on our to-go order. The aesthetic was super cute and clean they even have some board games and Korean snacks there, very chill atmosphere. Our food: The Spicy Pork Belly Kimbap was fire. Not as spicy as I expected but very good I gave it a 8.5/10 and a 9 if you eat it with the side of kimchi that comes with it. The Tebbokki was amazing 10/10. Super spicy and the perfect amount of sweetness. We will be coming back :)

This restaurant is a small little place with an open kitchen concept. There are few tables available for indoor seating, but most of their food is grab-and-go anyways. I got the bulgogi kimbap which was alright--I do wish it was spicy and it only tasted sweet. I also tried the spicy pork belly kimbap which was much better. It had a greater flavor profile and the spice was just right. We also tried the kimchi fried rice, which was good and the rice was almost creamy in texture. The egg was nicely fried and crispy. Our orders came with complimentary kimchi--which I wish was cold. My favorite part of our order was the red bean fish waffle. It was super hot and crispy and the filling was smooth, creamy, and not too sweet. The owners Kim and Jay are so helpful and sweet, will be returning!

Went in on a lunch time on a weekday, a little busy, you can either order from the kiosk right when you walk in on the left or order up front with the cashier! I spent $33 not Including tip Service was super nice and they greet you from behind this glass panels where they cook so you may not see them but everything smells so good! The spicy pork dupbap: absolutely delicious and spicy not overwhelming spicy, I would have added a fried egg! My only complaint which isn't much is that there isn't enough rice, there's a ton of meat and psh I'll never complain about that Kimbap: I ate most of the shrimp and wow made to order absolutely phenomenal. Crispy, flavorful, refreshing, something you can eat and not feel super bloated after but feel full! For $10 amazing lunch in this economy and you're supporting a small business Restroom is one stall for whoever needs it and it's clean! I am really surprised on how amazing this food was I will 100000% come back and support this small business sure it's in a weird spot in spring next to a sports bar but do not miss out. This place is just freaking delicious

I came here with my Yelper friend Eddie S last December. Since I haven't been here for over 7 years, I couldn't really compare. As far as the overall experience, I feel it was better than the sister restaurant in Chinatown. Yeah I am a fan of Bon KBBQ. We arrived pretty early at the beginning of lunchtime on Sunday. Service was excellent and there were not many customers at the time. I remember we had plenty of meat to eat and they came out pretty fast. The buffet line was filled with freshly made dishes. The most memorable moment was the friendly employees. Although I could no longer eat red meats like before, I would have to find alternative dishes when I go back.

Atmosphere is sterile and kind of ugly and not cozy at all. It smells like the same cleaning fluid they use in gas station bathrooms so that was definitely not a good thing. They really need to find a different cleaning fluid that is not so chemical smelling and strong because it was bad. We told our waiter this is our first time to KPOT and he really did not explain anything on the menu or how many to order so we ordered two orders of the beef on spare rib and only two pieces came to the table which was not enough for one person let alone 3. We also tried the bulgogi which was very mid. The beef ribs were decent but had too much fat on every piece so you have to order so many until you get enough beef. Meat definitely was lower quality than Seoul Garden. Pot stickers were ok. We left around 10:15pm and they close at 11 and they were already mopping the floors so they were so slippery when we were walking out which is not a smart idea. Also a girl had a huge cart clearing the table across from us while we were still eating making all this noise just tossing the plates loudly into the cart just inches from our table which was pretty rude and could have waited or done more respectfully. All in all didn't love the vibe for the price or the service.

The duck is roasted for hours, so the skin comes out nice and crispy without being too greasy. I also like that the remaining duck is made into a soup afterward. When we finally got seated we weren't asked What would you like to drink or this is our drink menu. It was-Water,right?right?Ok brb. So we had water just like the rest of the people in there. Also weird how they don't have any drinks on the menu or let you know about options. Could I have asked for something else? Sure but again waitresses were just all over the place it was crazy. When we ordered and others food was coming out we realized what big portions they give you. BTW just 'cus it's big portions doesn't mean This food is about to be the best Ive ever had. The food- We got some shrimp plate and we were told it was spicy because it has peppers and peppercorns which would numb your tongue. It was just basic shrimp dish. Only good or cool part of it was eating lotus root which Ive never had before. We also ordered the "special" house beef noodles and I don't see the hype or why they're so special. The only crazy part was the noodles length. Which honestly made it hard to eat. We ordered the duck which came with the soup. The soup was made from scraps. I think if they had added more duck and not just scraps it would be my fav thing of everything we ordered. Will say it tasted like chicken soup. For the duck. It wasn't as crispy as people made it seem to be. I expect idk a more gamey flavor to it and all I kept saying is-This taste like pork carnitas. Idk why we got treated better than the table behind us. We asked for to go just like they did but they just gave them their to-go plates like Here ya go and they put all of our food in our to-go for us. Would I go back? Its one of those you say- Ok I've had it,had the duck, don't get the hype but ok not worth coming back again for more.
