I called and spoke with someone who identified herself as a manager. She said she had watched the bread go onto the grill and that it was fresh, but that did not match what we received. She offered half off if we brought the sandwich back. We live more than eight miles away, and asking us to make that trip for a partial discount felt inconsiderate, especially after we have supported this location so many times. This is the first time we have had this problem here, but both the bread and the response were disappointing. We are strongly considering finding another restaurant for our po'boys.
