As far as the overall experience, I feel it was better than the sister restaurant in Chinatown. Yeah I am a fan of Bon KBBQ. We arrived pretty early at the beginning of lunchtime on Sunday. Service was excellent and there were not many customers at the time. I remember we had plenty of meat to eat and they came out pretty fast. The buffet line was filled with freshly made dishes. The most memorable moment was the friendly employees. Although I could no longer eat red meats like before, I would have to find alternative dishes when I go back.

The young lady who took my order was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. What puzzled me was how quickly my food came out. By the time I put my wallet away and walked over to find a seat, my order was already ready. I initially assumed the cook had been listening as I ordered and that the freshly grilled chicken had just come off the grill, been tossed in the sauce and boxed up. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I got home about five minutes later, and the chicken was only barely warm. It tasted like it had been cooked an hour earlier and then tossed with sauce before being served to me. The rice was also very dry and clumpy instead of light and fluffy. Had the chicken been hot and the rice not clumpy , my experience would have been much better. While the customer service was excellent, the quality of the food wasn't a five star for me.
