I've been to this location 3 times. Each time I had Dr Ray. I feel like he cares and takes extra time to make me feel better!

Attempt 1 the doctor filling in could not adjust me and said she didn't have time to help me further. Come back later. Attempt 2 I tried confirming hours multiple times and after being unable to reach a human voice, I took the machine seriously when it said they were open 10-7, walk-in clinic. I arrived by 2 and was told there would be an hour wait while the doctor finished his last patient before an hour lunch. I shared my experience with them and was told they were too busy to answer the phone.....Very disappointed. Left in pain and discouraged. Maybe 1 person upfront is not enough or message needs to include closures for lunch. read more

Very disappointed in the customer service of this place. Urgent care doctor referred me to this place after being seen gor pain and stiffness in my neck. He raved about no appointment required and the ability to go in for a single service. Well Friday I went in at 10:30 (keep in mind they open at 10) and I was turned away. The receptionist said the doctor was not seeing patients until after 1pm and to go to their Murrieta location. I had a full schedule so I decided I would try again on Sunday. This time I called ahead to Murrieta and was told to come in by 3:45 and I could be seen. I show up at 3:30, after driving 35 minutes and making arrangements for someone to pick up my kid from school, only to be told yet again, one of the doctors has gone for the day and I wouldn't be able to be seen. As "comfort" the receptionist pointed out another gentleman in the waiting room, saying he has to come back too and she instructed me to call Temecula. Temecula simply states we close at 5 but last Patient is seen at 4 so if you can't make it in 10 minutes you won't be seen. After explaining the back and forth the girl simply gives me the hours for the week and says try again. At this point I'm still in pain, have yet to see someone from this unprofessional business no one has done anything for the inconveniences. Why tell me to come in at a certain time but then turn me away once I get there? Why boast on treating walk in clients when you don't really do walk ins? The hours of operation that are posted are false and misleading. Beware! read more

I love that Dr.Simon and front desk staff are amazing and take care of their clientele. I've been here when it's so busy with new patients and they keep their word on customer service. Even when the line gets long. It's all walk in. I'm an athlete. I cannot express that if you go to this place they will take care of you 150%. I love their membership. They work around you. 5 stars! Yes we did wait. There was a family of 5 that went in before us, we didn't have an appointment and we were seen as soon as he had finished up! I took my husband in after he messed up his back. The chiropractor was so nice! He took his time, he made sure he was going to be able to help him, he made sure it was safe for him to touch him, we got sent up on a wellness plan. The Joint is only interested in signing up for their plans. I had a pain in my back and neck over the weekend. My regular guy is closed so I was excited to find a place open on the weekend. They made a big ta-do about me having a regular guy and not interested in their packages, didn't give a care about where my pain was. On my way out (about 2-3 minutes) again express to the counter person I have a regular chiropractor and not interested in a plan. read more

I'm a student and experience a lot of headaches and back pain from sitting bent over my laptop for so long. A friend recommended a chiropractic adjustment but I was hesitant. After researching it a bit I finally decided to give it a try while I was down in Temecula. I was very nervous and I imagine a tough patient because I was so tense when I walked in. The office is nice! Front desk girl was friendly and helpful and Dr. Rio was AMAZING! He was very lovely and patient with me. After telling Dr. Rio how nervous I was, he spoke with me explaining the whole process and would tell me what he was doing, when he was doing it and what effect that would have on my body. I appreciate that he did that. He calmed my nerves and was very professional. He did such a good job and now my headaches and back pain have lessen tremendously. I wish I could give these guys a better rating, but I think corporate is screwing them. The docs are great, the reception staff is always friendly and at times go above and beyond to help you out, like holding a baby or dog. However, it seems to me that the joint is prioritizing profits over people. I have noticed that the doctors only take a 20 minute lunch, and then go back to nonstop back to back patients. Is that even legal? (OSHA anyone ?)The waits are getting longer and longer, because they only ever have one doctor at a time and a growing number of members. They have three chiropractic tables in the back, but I have absolutely never seen the other two used. I had to quit my membership because I kept coming in and having to leave because of the wait time being so long, I ended up missing out on adjustments in my monthly membership, because I literally did not have time to come back. I mean seriously who has that kind of time, many people are coming in at work breaks, or trying to squeeze it in between preschool pickup and such. I ask that the manager of this shop maybe think about adding another doc for peak times. That's the only way I'd renew my membership. read more

I am a regular customer of Dr. Mitchell and a member of the Joint Chiropractor and regular at the Winchester facility. I have a rib with a mind of it's own which likes to pop out of place. I have been hurt by some adjustments at other chiropractor's offices but Dr. Mitchell knows just how to get me back in alignment in seconds. He is very gentle and I always walk out feeling better. I really have been needing an adjustment, and had the time, so when I saw the walk ins welcome sign I decided to go in. I made eye contact with the front desk receptionist and said Hi loudly, while maintaining social distancing. She just turned away and shuffled through some paperwork behind the desk so I figured it'd be a minute. There was about 3 people in the lobby sitting down, so I figured she was just busy. 5 minutes later I'm still standing there, waiting to be acknowledged and still nothing. She was avoiding me and shuffling through paperwork. I decided to walk out. This was very upsetting as I've been needing an adjustment and hoping for a membership. Very embarrassing after reading some previous reviews on people being treated similarly, because they are brown like me. If I were to go back, which I highly doubt, I wouldn't get a membership at this location just because of that experience. This was sometime before 320 on July 6th. read more

I wish there were more in the area I'd understand if there a ton of people waiting and they turn customers in and out, but they've only seen 2 returning customers in the 45 minutes I've been waiting. I've had a joint membership for a while now. often times, it's a very long wait to get seen, because they usually only have one chiropractor working. I've dealt with the long waits, because the membership is very inexpensive. Today however, was inexcusable. I showed up 35 minutes before they closed, and I was told because four people were already waiting I could not be seen. For a business that prides itself on not needing an appointment to get an adjustment, this is inexcusable. The worst part came when I was sitting in my car outside, trying to find another chiropractor who could see me, and I saw another person go in, sit down, and get seen. It's apparent to me today, the joint does not care about the welfare of their clientele, they only care about your monthly membership in the money they can make off of you. I waited an hour and 10 minutes to see the doctor. Then he would not adjust me. I know my body well and have been going to chiropractors for years. I just recently moved to Temecula and haven't found one I love. I came here to get an adjustment after having a garage sale and lifting and standing on my feet. I knew my hip was out of adjustment by the way I felt. I am very intune with my body. I went to The Joint Chiropractic for the first time this morning and my experience with Dr. Mitchell Simon was absolutely amazing. I've had the same chiropractor for years and I've always gone to her for my back adjustments but she recently broke her leg and won't be practicing anymore. I messed up my back pretty bad yesterday and wasn't able to move my arm today, so I went in to The Joint. I waited about a half hour cause they do not take appointments, and then Dr. Simon came out and introduced himself, very polite and very thorough when he sits and talks with you about your history and any current back/joint problems or pain. The entire adjustment took about 5 minuets and instead of crushing me like most male chiropractors I've been to, he maneuvers everything back in place. He also helps you stretch certain areas like your neck before the adjustment so you don't have any soreness or dizziness after. He was incredible and I'm glad I went in. And yes, they are cheap. It's $29 bucks for your first visit and then $39 after. They also have a membership for $69 bucks and it gets you 8 visits the first month and 4 visits the second month. The environment is welcoming and clean. But they do have multiple "beds" for adjustments in one room so if you go when they are packed like a Saturday you may have a couple people watching you get your adjustment.
