It is a complete waste of money- their service is terrible, some of their chiropractors are literally old creeps, and they have been stealing money from me since June of this year. I stopped using my membership in Feb as I moved cities in March and after I called them endlessly to end it, they only barely sent me the cancellation form at the end of June. They charged me for the months leading up to them finally sending me the cancellation form and even after I had filled it out and sent it back, they have continued to charge my account every month since then. This is extremely fraudulent and honestly stupid. How pathetic of a company do you have to be to be stealing $19 from regular working people. Absolutely despicable. read more

I've been going to this location for a while now and all I have to say is great things. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I come out feeling like a brand new person. It's the best feeling ever.  Dr. Blanchard and Dr. Donovan(she moved sadly) are my go-to chiropractors. I met them both in the Oceanside clinic and I was ecstatic when I found out that they were in the Temecula clinic. Try to go around 3 pm-5 pm, it's never busy and I'm in and out in 10 minutes. read more

Regretful...but understandable... Unfortunately, I was looking forward to an initial walk-in visit with The Joint Chiropractic - Temecula location, on yesterday (4/21/2021) - where I found this location on the Internet looking for getting an adjustment on my shoulder and neck. So, I jumped in my car and arrived later in the evening (around 5:45 pm) before closing (at 7:00 pm). When I arrived, I was totally impressed with the look of the facility (very nice and professional), the office administator and Dr. Ray Sanei, DC (who were very polite, personable, and professional), in which I was looking forward to being seen. However, although I was looking forward to paying for a $29 adjustment and considering a plan for additional adjustments, to my surprise by not paying attention to detail - filling out multiple forms, I selected the WRONG option for payment - that was associated to Option One (Medicare), instead of another option that I wanted to pay out of my own pocket; NOT Medicare. As a result, by my OWN FAULT, I disqualified myself in receiving an adjustment on the date of my visit - to include participating in future adjustment(s) with The Joint Chiropractic Company nationwide. That said, I wanted to communicate my experience to inform others to make sure they pay attention to detail - which is a lesson learned; not make the same mistake, because it's my understanding Medicare is not accepted with this Company, and honesty, my ultimate objective was to pay for adjustments on my own, in which I was not allowed to resubmit another from to replace the form I filled out, in error. read more

I love The Joint Chiropractic in Temecula. They are walk in only so no exact guarantees on the wait time but most of the time I do not wait long and have a great adjustment . I've read a few reviews accusing innocent hard-working people of racism. They close for lunch at 2 pm and I'm sure a new patient takes at least 30 minutes or so. If you come in at 1:45 yes you may have to come back so you can have quality time with the doctor. Shame on these trolls for accusing essential covid hard-working people of racism without any merit. My wife and I have been coming to this location since last year. We experienced an incident with a new female receptionist. We arrived at around 1:45 pm on August 11, 2021, and had Dr. Ray adjust us. There was a new female receptionist that I have never seen before and assumed she was being trained by a male receptionist. We left at 2 pm and after that I saw a charge of $39.00 on my credit card app from this location. I knew for a fact that it was the charge for a walk in visit. So my wife and i tried to call them back but the phone was not answering we assumed that probably they were just on lunch so we tried calling back after 2:45 according to their schedule. When 2:45 pm came around. I called the office and it kept going to the voicemail. I called numerous times. We didn't want to drive back since we were 30 minutes away. We had no choice but to go back. As soon as we arrived, we told the new receptionist that we came in earlier, have been members with the joint for a long time and was charged $39.00. I told her my name and she replied by saying that I had no plan. I told her that is not true since we have been members for a long time. She again kept telling us that I have no plan but my wife did. By this time, I became very upset because I knew she was not going to do anything about it. I knew she was new. I also knew that she would not ask for help and whatever she told me would be the final answer. I asked her, "Are you new here." She replied by telling me, "That's irrelevant." I was shocked. I could not believe that she just said it's irrelevant to the situation if she was new or not. I felt that she acted like she knew everything. I called Dr. Ray for help and told him that we were charged $39.00. The other Dr. came to assist and told us that we would get it resolved and get our refund. I decided to call The Joint in Point Loma since we used to go there and ask the receptionist there to speak with the new receptionist that we have been charged $39.00. I gave my phone to the receptionist. She then kept saying that she sees two names of Dom with the same card number. My wife then told her that there's only one Dom, and shes actually looking at the name Dominic who was my brother that I had paid for a walk-in visit months ago. I knew then that she charged me under my brothers name rather than my name. After my wife explaining that she chose my brothers name. I finally told her, "The problem is, you charged me under my brother's name rather than my name." She finally admitted that she charged me under my brother's name. The issue had escalated because she was just staring at me and my wife repeatedly told us that I don't have a plan without even looking at a different route to resolve the problem that made me raise my voice at her. I even told her that in the future reference, she needs to tell the customer they will be charged a fee before getting services to prevent this confusion and she responded rudely that we will get our refund. I have never experienced a rude and unprofessional person that could not admit she was wrong. She never did apologize. She told us with an aggressive attitude that we will get our refund. Not a single apology from her. We found out her name is Carmen. We will never go back to this location as long as she works there because I feel she might charge us again without properly checking the account. This was a huge headache that could have been prevented if she realized that she doesn't have all the answers and was not the final say. In addition to that she should have been trained to look at the person' s birthday as another route to resolve the issue, since it is NOT UNCOMMON for people to have the same name. read more

Tried calling to make an appointment and no one answered the phone. Says on website and on the phone message no need to make an appointment. I shower i drive almost 1/2 hour to find out the lazy dr didn't want to take a new patient....told me to come back?!?!???! I got there at 515. They close at 7??? No appointment need sign on the door??!?!!?! What a creep What a smug And lazy man i would never ever let this fool touch me or my wife. Its a franchisee meant to get them in and get them out. Dr. Simon is a godsend.. He is so patient and took the time to adjust me correctly. I had a really bad spill on a horse and it has taken quite a while to get me walking straight again and by myself. Dr. Simon relieved about 65% of my pain within my first adjustment. My range of motion was about 80% better. I was able to walk out of the office on my own without my back brace. Absolutely shameful. They did not alert their patients as to why they were closed for less than a week (it was due to a Covid outbreak among staff). I called to ask what had happened and they are completely clueless on the proper procedures. A Chiropractor's office is known to have patients who are high-risk, this is because a lot of auto immune diseases can cause bone and joint pain. When their staff came down with Covid, they closed the office and did not let their patients know of possible exposure. They then did not stay closed for the recommended period of time which is 10 to 14 days, and instead claimed that a cleaning of their office and switching out some staff members was enough after only six days. This is unsafe business practice and could end up getting one of the patients killed due to their negligence. Had they let someone know they were possibly exposed, it would give them enough time to quarantine away from other high-risk family members. Like I said at the beginning, this is shameful behavior and I will no longer be a member of The Joint if they cannot care for their patients properly. read more

The doctors here are great but the front receptionist refuse to work. I'm not sure what she does all day other than to check people in and I'm disappointed how she handled my business. I've asked her to contact my home location of The Joint since the business model have you registered at the location where you signed up. My account has to be fixed but I can only have that done at my initial location which is 2 hours away from where I live. In the past, other receptionists makes a phone call to fix the account. However, this receptionist lady here told me to call them myself but my phone is dead and shouldn't she want to help me resolve my account issues so I could be seen? The joint is a brand new addition to this shopping Center and it's a kind of Chiropractic office that only do adjustment. The friendly Jessica welcome you in with a smile on her face! Dr. Noel is one of my favorite doctor of chiropractic, that dose the adjustment there and he is very good at what he does. I just renew my multiple visit package with the joint and finishes a session and already feeling much better! It's very Affordinle & only take few minute to get adjusted and you feel great when your body get aligned! I recommend the joint. read more

Love this place! Very grateful is probably a better description! I have been going here now for about a year! I've had major improvements. I was not one for this type of treatment in the beginning however it has help me a great deal. I am very active. I work out 5 days a week and I have neck and back pain constantly. I have had procedures in the past but it seems this helps weekly.. I always leave there feeling much better and I feel much better than I did a year ago. read more

I downloaded the yelp app just to leave this review because I have never had such horrible customer service. First, I tried calling earlier in the day with a few questions and nobody picked up, so I figured I'll just go in. I walked in and the receptionist was sitting on the couch and looked irritated that I interrupted her conversation with someone sitting on the other couch. She greeted me by saying, "are you a patient?". I replied that I'm a new patient. She immediately said oh no it's not going to work. I was confused because I was there an hour before closing. She then said new patients have to be 2 hours earlier than closing. Kind of defeats the purpose of the advertised, all walk ins welcomed. Before I had the chance to ask if they were open on Presidents' Day, she cut me off and asked what's wrong with me. I told her I've had some lower back pain for awhile. She then said that this wasn't the place for me and I should just go to the doctors. It blew my mind. I didn't even get a chance to meet a doctor or figure out what I can do. I found myself walking out of there with nothing else but to call my doctors and wait awhile to schedule appointments. I've been a Joint Member for over 7 years and this has had to be my worst experience yet from visiting over 20 locations throughout California. I'm not one to leave bad comments but since my last adjustment here 10/05 my neck has been in pain. I knew I should have waited to go to my regular Joint but this was on my commute. There were a couple of things that felt off about this experience. First of all the Dr came back late from lunch about 10 mins , which I get since we all run late. Secondly, he skipped me and took a patient that came after me first. Lastly, he adjustment my neck while my head was facing down. This was the first and last time I will have this Peruvian Dr adjust me, because that technique was absolutely awful. When he did his adjustment he slammed my face into the chair and almost broke my nose. BE CAREFUL OF THIS JOINT LOCATION. I really hope that they can get more experienced and better chiropractors at this location that actually care for the individuals that come in. read more

When I signed up I was told it wouldn't renew after 2 months. Got charged again and then finally told I have to cancel. Not happy and do not recommend. Not worth the price to begin with and they don't even open until 10am. Should open at 8am so people with real jobs that work can still be seen. Wish I would have never signed up or wasted my money. As a new user of the Temecula Joint, I had a great experience. I was greeted with a hello from the receptionist, AFTER I scanned my card...maybe she was Facebooking? However, after check-in, the Dr. was genuine, kind, and listened to all of my concerns. Remember, The Joint, is a place for routine care. I had not been to The Joint for a few months, so the Dr. asked me about my pain points, provided suggestions to further increase my ability to lessen pain, and asked about the activities I am involved with. I hope the Dr. at the Temecula Joint, stays! He's genuinely concerned about my health and my spine! The facility is clean, well kept, and private. It is easy to find - next to Sprouts - and has plenty of parking. I would suggest trying to visit at low end times, as I hear they fill up quickly! I never leave reviews like this but I'm pretty sure the receptionist is a racist. My boyfriend and I went to this location today at around 12pm, we said hello and asked what we need for new patients, she then handed us a form and then said we don't take new patients until after lunch which is after 2:45pm. Now I read previous reviews one from 16 days ago that a women wasn't seen because the receptionist chose to not acknowledge her, probably because of her skin color. And another with a man saying the exact same thing. My boyfriend has colored skin and she talked to me the whole two minutes. But for this company to say "WALK-INS WELCOME" and "NEW PATIENTS WELCOME". We went there on our lunch break to try and get an adjustment before heading back to work. We were like ok let's go after we finish work, so we went around 6:30pm and she said you know we close in 20 minutes. I understand that is pushing it slightly with time but I do know that adjustments do not take long. Definitely glad we weren't seen. Do not recommend this place if you are a person of color. Don't support businesses who thinks that talking to their staff to tell them they need to be friendly and inviting is a way to reprimand staff who are quietly discriminating you because of you skin tone. And as for the business manager who is going to respond to my review with an apology, save your words; teach employees that being disrespectful towards people of color is going to cost you a job and money read more

Called before hand to make sure they could see me, told them I had been in a minor accident and needed adjustment. Went in filled out all the paperwork, waited half an hour- just for them to tell me they couldn't help me because I was in an accident within the last 6 months. Maybe tell me that before I take over an hour to get there and wait. So you are chiropractic office that cannot help those that really need it- like someone who has been in an accident? Maybe say that upfront when it's mentioned that is the reason for the visit. read more

Worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. After reading some of the other reviews here too, I can see a trend. The receptionist was very rude and disrespectful to me. It has been a long time since a receptionist confronted me with a bad attitude and challenged me because I simply asked for the service they were advertising. Apparently arriving 1.25 hours before close was 'not enough time' for her to 'squeeze' in a NEW CLIENT. Yes, their plug is 'walk in, no appoinents' As it was, there were only 2 gentlemen in front of us for adjustments only and there were three of us, 1 adjustment and 1 new patient. They only have 4 seats in the lobby so a total of 5 people would appear to fill the place!? They have 3 treatment beds in the back but OY STAFF 1 doctor. No wonder there is ALWAYS a long wait. Just days before I was there and had to wait 1 hour for a simple adjustment, waiting patiently for 5 clients in front of me. She said the wait was 30 minutes but it turned out to be 1 hour. Not only did the receptionist decide to share her o er inflated ego and sour attitude with all of us in the lobby but when she was unable to maintain a reasonable professional level of composure, she left the room, whispered rudely to the doctor in the back and dumped the whole situation on him. I felt sorry for the guy, really. His job is to treat, not clean up messy PR situations created by the receptionist. Of course I had to wait again just to get that cleared up. In the end we left WITHOUT A NEW CLIENT incentive $29 offer. The worse part of it all?? We were ready program mem era si.ply trying to ring in another happy, personally referred new client for them! I doubt that will ever happen now. We'll finish our two month minimum obligation, cancel and find somewhere else. 'Vet what you pay for' may be true here at The Joint at least as far as customer service and reception goes. Management should take notice that this is not the only complaint regarding this scenario. My husband and I have been coming to The Joint for well over a year and a half and we are so grateful for the amazing care we have had! We have seen a few different doctors but by far Dr. Simon is our absolute favorite! He is so attentive and in tune to what our bodies are feeling. He takes the time to assure he has relieved all pains and problems and works with us by providing additional at home exercises. I just can't say enough wonderful things about him! My primary care doctor recommended this office. I had a chest pain and assumed I have the heart issues. After certain examinations we realized the back problem is a cause of my discomfort. So, after several months adjustments my problem have been gone. Dr. Swing and Dr Simon were great. Now Dr. Ray Sanei is practicing at this office. His way of treatment and adjustments is amazing. I would like to continue my JOINT membership for next year to prevent any back related injures and hurts. read more

Located beside Sprouts - Came in while in town visiting family... Dr. Smith was great! He's usually at the Rancho Cucamonga location, but he is visiting this office this wkend. I feel great! He did a special occiput release as I mentioned I suffer from migraines. I am grateful that I can receive adjustments while I'm away from home, but I'm usually very skeptical as I love my Dr. at home. The woman at the front desk was really nice, professional and the doctor was very friendly, knew what he was doing, made me feel confident in my care. Both made me feel very welcome... This is not what this place promised to be about. I do not need to be made feel like every other chiropractor in town. I want to be able to get adjusted during lunch brake or after walk. Very disappointed in the customer service of this place. Urgent care doctor referred me to this place after being seen gor pain and stiffness in my neck. He raved about no appointment required and the ability to go in for a single service. Well Friday I went in at 10:30 (keep in mind they open at 10) and I was turned away. The receptionist said the doctor was not seeing patients until after 1pm and to go to their Murrieta location. I had a full schedule so I decided I would try again on Sunday. This time I called ahead to Murrieta and was told to come in by 3:45 and I could be seen. I show up at 3:30, after driving 35 minutes and making arrangements for someone to pick up my kid from school, only to be told yet again, one of the doctors has gone for the day and I wouldn't be able to be seen. As "comfort" the receptionist pointed out another gentleman in the waiting room, saying he has to come back too and she instructed me to call Temecula. Temecula simply states we close at 5 but last Patient is seen at 4 so if you can't make it in 10 minutes you won't be seen. After explaining the back and forth the girl simply gives me the hours for the week and says try again. At this point I'm still in pain, have yet to see someone from this unprofessional business no one has done anything for the inconveniences. Why tell me to come in at a certain time but then turn me away once I get there? Why boast on treating walk in clients when you don't really do walk ins? The hours of operation that are posted are false and misleading. Beware! read more
