I came to this office because I had a lot of pain and they were the only place open on a Saturday afternoon within an hour drive from my home. I asked for a complete adjustment, head to toe, since I have been a customer of chiropractic care for 35 years and that is what I am accustomed to. The chiropractor was very timid and only wanted to adjust one area of my back where I had pain plus my neck and hips. He seemed too timid and/or weak to actually have anything pop. I asked him to do the entire back; he did one more vertebra and said the rest wouldn't budge even though he didn't try. When he was through, I said that I was still in pain. He said I should see my regular chiropractor on Monday and take analgesic for the pain. No massage, no muscle stimulation, nothing else was offered. This is the bare bones of a chiropractic office. I left in the same amount of pain that I arrived with. Not only was the price of service not worth it but neither was the two-hour drive there and back again. read more

I was on my way to Temecula from Los Angeles and my back was all out of wack. I decided to look for a Joint location to see if I could swing by and luckily I found this location. Walking in I could barely rotate side to side without pain shooting across my back. That's where Dr. Lorraine(I hope I'm not messing up her name) came in. She was very thorough in checking different areas of my back and hips and ultimately determined that my ribs were the problem. She was god sent, because after a few adjustments, the pain I came in with was suddenly much more tolerable. I was able to get up and walk out on my own. I would drive all the way back from Los Angeles just to receive the type of care I received from Ms Lorraine today. read more

They never answer the phone been calling over a week and nobody ever answers. Every time I go for an adjustment they always try to push you to buy a package. They are very pushy. I've heard too many bad things about them, overcharging monthly surfaces and double charging people's cards. read more

I've always known The Joint to be a convenient chiropractic solution as you can just walk in, although the doctors aren't as thorough as other chiropractors. They basically get you in and push you out as quickly as possible. Tonight I was disappointed. It was partially my fault as I thought they closed at 7 but it is actually 5pm on Saturdays. Nonetheless I tried walking in at 4:59 to see if they could accommodate me. One of the lady employees had her hand on the door facing back at the secretary and I waited for a moment. She then turned back, looked at me awkwardly and locked the door as my hand was on the handle. I found this to be extremely rude and inconsiderate. The doctors they hire are desperate for "Jobs". Inexperienced or ineffective at finding their own office or multi/dicipline group. I understand this is a Massage Envy company. Bang your credit card for a monthly charge and hope you stay to make up for what they lost on the $29.00 initial visit. This is NOT doctoring. I was a Joint member for a few months, but have since canceled my membership for one reason and one reason only...the closest location (this one) was too long of a drive from my house in a part of town that I rarely find myself. Honestly, if it weren't for that, I would have never canceled my membership. I felt so much better when I was having my weekly sessions and, in my opinion, the convenience and quality of care was worth the monthly price. As soon as the Menifee location opens up, I'll be back. A person below had the same experience as I did, where when you freeze your account for a few months they start charging you with no email, no text, no confirmation at all. Money is stealthily taken out of your account. I asked for a refund for my unused months and the receptionist said she'd talk to the district manager. Usually they don't accept new patients after a certain time but they were willing to work with us and get my wife seen. Thanks to the gracious receptionist and the doctor! Came in as a walk in for upper back pain. Chiropractor was nice enough but the adjustment was a disappointment. That's not the issue for me. My issue is the customer service I received by the blonde running the front desk. She offered me multiple package deals and once I declined and opted to just pay for today's service her demeanor and attitude completely changed. Spoke to me very coldly, refused eye contact and essentially tossed my change at me without a word. It honestly took an hour for me to shake off how disrespected I felt. I just had the worst adjustment of my life! I have gone to several chiropractors over the years and have even worked for one before, and I have never received an adjustment like I did today. I told the Dr that my knee was hurting prior to the adjustment and that I needed him to be extra careful. He wasn't at all careful in the least, and then he started to do this side adjustment and literally jumped up and landed down with full force onto my hip and back. It hurt so bad I screamed out in pain. I ended up just leaving and am now not sure if I should seek medical attention. Very scary!! I was visiting Temecula from Atlanta so I am grateful that my membership allows for us to pop into any Joint location across the country. I have been suffering from some pretty gnarly back pain and it was at an 8 by the time I showed up at this location. The Joint doesn't take appointments, so you never know what the wait is going to look like. When I showed up just after 10am (when they open) the waiting room was full and the staff let me know it was going to be 45 minutes. I decided to take advantage of that time to run and get gas and sat in the comfort of my car for a while until going back into the waiting room. When I returned 30 minutes later, the waiting room was cleared and I was next. Woohoo! The doc was professional and listened to my concerns while reviewing my chart. He told me some new stretches to try and performed the adjustment. This isn't a quick fix solution, but if you keep up the routine and follow the stretches you should see results! The front counter customer service needs some help. I arrived, smiled at the lady at the counter and tried to scan my card, but it was broken. So I looked around and signed in on the sheet provided and sat down. After the 4-5 people ahead of me received their treatment, the front counter lady looked at me and said that they were not taking anyone until 2:45 PM, it was 1:55 PM, 5 minutes before they left for lunch. I stated that I was on the sign in sheet. She looked and simply said, oh I thought I checked in the last one. I had been experiencing sciatic pain on my right side for about a year now. It was uncomfortable to sit or lie down for a long period of time. Had to switch my sleeping position, driving position...i even avoided sitting! I went to my physician who recommended some stretch techniques. Lovely business kind people but i feel like its a trap. Signed up wanting to get my back feeling better was experiencing pain, the cracks were amazing however didnt end up feeling better after a couple visits. (i do realize it takes time). I couldnt afford to keep it in my budget and did not cancel thinking they would ask if i wanted to purchase more visits... i used only 4/8 visits i paid for.... I check back on my card and have been charged for June (didnt go since May and still have 4 visits) come back in today July and cancel ( they dont do it over the phone lol) and use what I have left. Now apparently I have a balance for July too.... HAVE NOT BEEN SINCE MAY. Lol and they say they visits dont roll over so i couldnt be seen even though i had 4 visits left AND paid about $200 for nothing. Mind you my back is still messed up. No ones fault but my own... Currently living near Vegas but signed up at this location in 2016. I enjoyed the Chiropractors and ladies at the front desk when I went there for a year and never had any problems. The problem I do have is I have called several times and have asked for call backs due to needing info pertaining to my membership. Nobody ever answers the phone or calls you back. Said he could or could not treat her but I was welcome to fill out the 7+ pavers of entry paperwork if I wanted to waste my time. Dr. Simon at this location is awesome! He takes the time to really take care of me! I still go to other locations when out and about but love coming back here! I have had back, neck, and hip pain for 10 years now. Coming to the chiropractor once a week has helped me tremendously throughout my pregnancy and has kept me off pain meds for the past two years. Prior to that I was taking medication daily to even be able to get out of bed. I've been coming to this location for a little over a year since moving to the area. Today, I went in at 1:15pm, there were 2 people waiting... and I was told to come back after their lunch (started at 2pm). I hurried to make it well before they broke for lunch today, because my back and neck are hurting bad, but now I'm going to have to wait for another day (hopefully not more), because I don't live very close to the facility to come back today! I'll start off by saying I've been to multiple locations for the joint and have never had a bad experience until now . I took my sister for her first time and left mad and embarrassed by the treatment we received. They had us waiting for so long and allowed 4 ppl to go ahead of us when we checked in before them . The blonde girl with glasses was so rude when I asked why my sister wasn't being seen when we clearly came before all of them . Anytime a person came out and didn't want to purchase a package she was so rude plus had an attitude she couldn't get the sell . No one wants to spend their money at an establishment with rude young ppl .
